"A dinner Saturday night and and Sunday brunch in Monroe NY. She had only a few days notice. The food was delicious and Leslieann was so easy to work with on menus and accommodates food allergies. She prepared a dinner for 14 people. Roast chicken, roasted little round potatoes, string bean almandine, and scrumptious honey dill carrots. She also prepared a festive brunch for 14 people. Roast leg of lamb rolled with arugula & pomegranite with a honey mint sauce. Side dishes were creamy sliced potatoes, beautiful purple beets cut in little rounds and golden beets she cut out into flower shapes , asparagus and a delicious salmon and feta frittata. There was plenty of food left for care packages for the guests.
