Redemptive Rebecca’s training has given me the strength and rotation mobility I’ve strived for. Her encouragement and skills set makes what I used to find difficult and defeating, rewarding and physically enjoyable. She takes the time to carefully plan out her sessions with clients and for someone with a physical disability this is truly fantastic. Like many people, I struggled with going to the gym, not just to get ‘swol’ but become physically fit. Coming from Miami, many trainers focus on the aesthetics and appearance of their clients rather than seeing actual growth in strength training. In May of this year I wanted to finally make a change and took to the internet to find a trainer. I was initially approached by ‘RAP’ (not his name government) who was interested in knowing more about my disability. He then suggested another trainer at the gym he worked with named Rebecca Kennedy. It shows a level of professionalism for someone to recognize that they might not meet your needs and instead pass you on to someone who could help you fulfill those goals. In the short time training with Rebecca I have felt changes in my arm’s mobility and strength to carry everyday items like bags, reaching for stuff, and general well-being. I can say with pride that Rebecca makes me feel proud of being able to do menial tasks without struggle or pain. I highly recommend her training based on her knowledge, her enthusiasm, and caring attitude to clients. Thanks to Rebecca I was finally able to do pull-ups with both arms and even try boxing. Rebecca, you are amazing. 10/10 would train again.
I have been training with Josh for the past year. My daughter originally introduced me to him and indeed she also still trains with him and I have not looked back. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (currently forty-nine) if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Josh is always very encouraging but also determined to work you hard to reach your goals. He has a vast knowledge of his profession, and answered any questions I had any time I needed help. I would recommend EVOS Fitness in a heartbeat to anyone who is ready to change their life, health, and well being for the better. Jason is the best trainer in ORL, hands down. He will get you in shape, stronger, faster, whatever your goal is with less time in the gym. He really connects with his clients and develops a relationship with them. He gets excited for you and your goals. I’ve been training with Jason for a couple of years and really, really enjoy it.
He seems to know his stuff! He provides 1on1 training for my husband and I and we love it so far. Prices are very reasonable.
Our dad was diagnosed with symptoms of Parkinson's disease which causes muscle rigidity. Before Marie our dad could barely turn his neck to look over his shoulder and couldn't pass his eye doctor's requirements for his driving test because he was unable to bend his neck to look into the machine. In just a little over a month our dad can turn his neck and has passed his doctor's requirements for his driving test. His mood has also improved and he is doing more physical chores (landscaping) around the house. Marie is very friendly and patient during training and provides our father with exercises to perform on days when he doesn't have a session. We recommend Marie for anyone that is looking for a personal trainer.

Andrew has helped me recover a lot of strength that I never thought I would have again after breaking my leg. He is very professional, motivating, and tailors my workouts to my individual needs. Jake is one of the most caring loving and funniest trainer I ever met. He really makes you feel comfortable he makes you feel like you are at home he treats you like you are family and not just me he treats everyone the same. Such an amazing guy! If you are looking for a trainer that can push you but also give you a good laugh and a good time while you're training this is the guy to go to !
Alex Latow has been my personal trainer since January of 2015. He trained me while we were both attending Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa and will remain as my trainer through the 2015 summer in Deltona, Florida. Alex was always looking for feedback and was always very clear with the goals we were setting both short-term and long-term. He would go above and beyond always on time whether it was 6am before school, or 7pm after track practice he was always there and ready to train. He could always explain the purpose of each exercise and was ready and able to give demonstrations when needed. Alex is an incredibly dedicated individual and I was able to achieve my body fat percentage and weight goals very quickly thanks to Alex's knowledge with diet plans, cardiovascular, and strength training.

A very simple, fast and productive workout designed to get you in and out in under 30 minutes. I believe this technique of training is like no other; it pushes you in every situation, which gives you faster results compared to other training methods in the end. Body Ology taught me perseverance; to never give up no matter how much it hurts, no mater how much pain you're in. The one on one interaction with Brion overall gave me a better sense of confidence, motivation, and a drive like no other, which I will continue to use in my everyday life! If you simply give it your all, and work as hard as you can, there's nothing stopping you from reaching your goal! Body Ology definitely opened my eyes into the world of "negative" which continues to give me the results I look for today! I'd say if you are ready to make a difference in your life, Body Ology is the way to go!!

A then and now photo, the picture with the pink shirt was just over a year ago. Depressed always tired and felt awful. Just a few short months after this was taken I called Jennifer on a late night thinking I would just leave a voicemail, and she would get back to me. I was wrong, she answered and I set an appointment. Not only did she teach me how to eat which I thought was going to be extremely difficult but she modified training sessions. I walk out those doors after a work out with my heart still racing a smile on my face and ready to face the day. Time is manageable but it's what you do with it that matters. I spend once a week with Jennifer working out. The rest of the week I try and do as much as I can, now running (something I could never do) With where I work I am always lifting and get in at least 10,000 steps. I am currently 198!!! Out of the 200 club! I still have a lot of work to do but I wouldn't change a thing. Jennifer brought back something I had lost. Confidence, self love, joy, and independence. These are true results and I couldn't be more grateful in what she has done for me. I can't say enough since I even rave about her at my job! She has even changed the way I walk. I am pingeon toes so my feet naturally curve in. I have been to Dr's. Who couldn't fix them with orthotics. Jen managed to fix my feet in under a year. My balance is incredible compared to what it was. My ankle that I broke almost 15 years ago has become the strongest it's ever been. I even notice the difference just when I walk from point A to Point B. All in all I will rave forever about Jen and her amazing talent in transforming those who are ready and willing to put in the work. She won't let you down!
Just a quick note to thank you for everything you have done while training me over the last few months. Your outstanding ability to explain the different aspects of nutrition and provide amazing sets of workouts made the last six weeks extremely enjoyable. After losing 7 lbs., this challenge has helped me gain perspective on how simple weight maintenance and weight loss can be. I have been working with Andrew about 2 years. I first hired him because he is a Marine and my son was looking for a trainer to be better prepared for his sophomore year at The Citadel in SC. Ge was going for an Army ROTC scholarship. Well he qualified for his scholarship and I decided to work with Andrew. He has a lot of training knowledge & changes up the routine so it stays fresh. I feel better at going on 64 than I did at 44!
