I just started training with Oney one-on-one less than a month and I love it. Oney is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I really enjoyed the varieties & challenges he put into the sessions. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & of course fun. Most importantly, he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual, always set up & ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. For every soreness I experience, the more I want to go back. I must be a glutton for punishment. I thoroughly enjoy working out at Onyx Fitness and would recommend Oney & his team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.
I started my first day of training today and I'm extremely happy with my decision to have Anna as my trainer. She has to be the most amazing person I've meet in a long time, she's patient with me and she took the time to learn my strength and weakness before moving forward with training me.. Her work out area at home is clean and very much comfortable... I'm beyond excited for this journey with her and I look forward to very work out session with her.. I must say after my first work I feel extremely good just knowing I have Anna as a trainer....

very impressive. I was seeking private fitness training outside a traditional fitness center and Kenny is able to accomodate. I feel I am pushed to my limits, which is something I personally require. I appreciate the flexability and the costs are very reasonable.
I have been very much enjoying my personal training sessions with Bentley. He has gotten me back in great shape after taking off from working out for a while. I had met with all 5 trainers that responded to me and chose Bentley b/c of his demeanor/personality and it has proven to be a great choice. The gym is clean, has tons of equipment, and the privacy is amazing. I had signed up for ten sessions and will be definitely using him for long after these run out.
Fantastic! I have been working out in the gym for over 25 years. I was in a car accident seven years ago and stopped working out. I gained 75 pounds and Lost a lot of functionality. I didn't think he could do anything to help me, and I didn't think he could show me anything I didn't know. I was wrong on both counts ! He has me doing from fetal movement combined with strength training and I'm feeling a little better. SHe is enthusiastic about her job, and is an excellent motivator. She pushes me just enough. I highly recommend her
Ricardo is very attentive and professional. In two trains he heard my issues and was very respectful of my limits, all while still pushing me and keeping me motivated. You can tell that he is very knowledgeable in his field and knows how to do a variety of things (water training, trx, weight-lifting is what I have experienced this far). I can't rave enough about his water training. Let's just say it's much more that 'water aerobics', I am young and relatively fit and I was able to reach my limits. I am hooked, hired him full time and hope to keep working with him in the future. Highly recommended! Definitely worth a consultation.
A few months ago I decided to focus on my health and fitness. I looked into fitness training and after meeting with 3 trainers I decided to go with Frank Latella. His knowledge how to help each individual client is amazing . I started seeing results in others and then I noticed how my body took an awesome appearance. My energy level is thru the roof! I am very pleased with my work outs with Frank . I am almost to my goal and I couldn't have done it without Frank Latella showing me the way. I started working with Raz aprox 2 Years ago. Im a international student and i lost my way here in the states the first year.I gained aprox 30-35 pounds. I started working with Raz because i was desperate for a change and in the first 2 Months i lost around 20pounds. Then i did not only lose the rest of the weight i gained here, but i decided to start training to enhance my body to a advanced level of fitness. So its now that 2 years after im still training with Raz and im in the best shape of my life (yet). I 100% recommend Raz, you are going to achieve your goals and i assure you that you are going to be happy with the results.

I’ve met many trainers in the past, but Brandon is the one that made a difference on me. He is very consistent, and loves his job which is very important when working with a trainer. He is very goal oriented when training you, and at the same time works with my style of work out with his added expertise. For example, I want cardio in my training, so he adjust to request and always applies knowledge into my training. Hoping to get closer to my goal, and can’t thank Brandon enough for getting me closer.
My experience training with Armand Fitness is hardly summed up by a five star review. I came to Christian with specific fitness goals and he created a costume plan tailored just for me! He also never fails to get you excited and pumped up for each and every workout. Can't give him enough thanks! Keep up the good work!
Hannah was extremely knowledgable about training on top of making adjustments specifically catering to my sport and journey to be leaner. I was extremely impressed with how she found ways to connect the weights and movements to being explosive in my sport. It was also cool that she was detail orientated enough to demonstrate each movement to me and explained why I would benifit from doing it. Our first couple training sessions she also let me know what might make me feel uncomfortable or sore so I knew what to expect going into each movement. I felt motivated and supported with each training session due to her encouraging and bubbly personality. She has a very special way to connect with people and you will know what I mean once you train with her! She keeps things serious but definetly makes pretty funny jokes about day to day life... if you can appreciate a serious trainer with some humor, you will love her. Every time I arrived to train with Hannah, she was ready and prepared the second I got there. She was also very responsive and easy to reach if I ever wanted to schedule more or less training and/or had questions about nutrition or additional stretching. Inaddition to the training sessions, Hannah spoke to me a lot about goals. She is very passionate about wanting to support you in achieving whatever and where ever your goals are in the gym and outside of the gym. I’ve trained with several trainers but it’s hard to find great ones like Hannah! I would recommend her to anyone whether their a high level athlete or a beginner in the gym!
Mariana has been excellent. She provides individualized and dynamic training to fit your fitness goals. I would highly recommend her, but I don't want anyone stealing away my appointment times.

JJ is really amazing. Super responsive and makes sure to ask constant questions about your wants and wishes to get down to the right excersises to help you succeed. If your really looking to workout and reach your goal —then JJ is your man. Expect to work OUT! He’s tough, but knows the right balance about when to push and when to step back to take notes on what to work on. He’s really friendly and always checks in to make sure your comfortable with the excerise and pace. I absolutely recommend, and he is extremely reasonable. You’re phenomenal JJ!! I look forward to many more sessions!! :)
Aj was awesome. He was very professional and knows what he’s doing. He was very patient with my son and has been teaching him a lot about baseball. My son loves his workouts and has improved so much since he started training with Aj. I highly recommend him.
After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
Bobby is a former competitive bodybuilder and has been in the Fitness industry for probably over 20 years! He is very personable, has a great sense of humor, and works with you so you see results! He doesn't carry around his cell phone as he's training you because form is important and he wants to make sure his clients are getting the most bang for their buck. Next time you're at a gym look around and see how many of the trainers are looking at their phone instead of their clients. I would highly recommend him!!😁
