I had been out of the gym scene for quite a few years. I tried 2 other trainers before connecting with my "ideal trainer"-Danielle. She assessed my needs, developed a plain and implemented it. I stay focused on my goal because she encourages me. I have improved very well.
This trainer is very professional. He shows up on time, he is a great motivator, his workouts and training are well put together to suit my personal goals. Im just a week in with training with him. I will return back for further feedback in about a month.

Leslie Hughes was my personal trainer for almost a year. During that time I was having some difficulties with a shoulder problem and was taking physical therapy as well. Leslie was very good to teach me stretches and non-weight bearing exercises that were a tremendous help during that time. Heather was my trainer back in 2013 and the time I spent with her still impacts me to this day. I get bored very easily, which was one of the reasons I used to get so discouraged at the gym. Heather took time to come up with different workouts for me that helped me drop weight while getting stronger. She seemed to always be studying and looking for new things for us to try. I can't remember exactly how much weight I loss during that time but it was around 30lbs. She was always on time to our sessions and always made time to talk about my goals. Another thing I loved about working with her was that she took time to email me tips regarding food choices along with recipes. Just last week I referred back to one of those recipes. I've had a few trainers since Heather, but no one has shown the level of care and creativity that Heather did. If you get the opportunity to work with her, you won't regret it!
Started training with one of the personal trainers last week, and everything has gone really smoothly and it's a good positive vibe from the trainers and the gym itself. Definitely recommend
Tatiana is an amazing trainer and I would highly recommend her! She is knowledgeable and always tries to push me to my limits also she is making my goals her priority! I love working with her! Besides the fact that she always comes up with different workouts so I’m never bored, one of her best qualities is training me with a smile on her face which makes our session so enjoyable!
I'm very thankful for Ave. She has managed to meet me where I am while at the same time pushing me. That is a delicate balance to strike and she does it well. Not all personal trainers are able to work well with someone with injuries or other health issues. She can!

I am a 55 year old male. I've known Reggie Lewis for better then 15 years. Earlier in my life, I was heavily involved in the martial arts, and boxing. As a result, I sustained a few lasting injuries that flare up from time to time. Often times I've come to the gym, in pain or limping. Mr. Lewis, always knew how to work around my affliction(s), and made sure I got in an intense and impactful workout. Because I've had so many trainers and coaches, I have a pretty good eye when it comes to identifying character traits of a good trainer. Reggie Lewis, is a very good trainer. He has compassion and caring for his clients, but rest assured, he will encourage and challenge you to push yourself to achieve your goals. Ive worked with several trainers the past ten years, but Shane is the only one that got me where I wanted to be physically and also mentally. He helped me improve my nutrition and eating habits (think clean) and rebuild muscles that were just about gone due to several years of total inactivity. The weight came off and I felt better than I had in years! My endurance has really improved and now Ive incorporated kickbox ing and other activities into my workouts, but I continue to train with Shane because I know that when it comes to weight training .well, I just dont manage that important aspect of training as well on my own as when I work out with him! He knows my form, limits and strengths and trains me with efficiency so that with every rep I move closer to my goals plus hes a lot of fun!
My trainer listened to me, helped me set realistic goals and set action plans within my workout routine to meet them. He walked me through nutritional value of foods, and how what I put in my body (food) was just as important. Teaching me this is truly a lifestyle change. He encourages me; he is truly passionate about me getting healthy.
I have had so many different personal trainers, diets excercise routines and nobody has ever got me in shape and seeing results like Archie. He is the best and the routines are always fun and always different never a dull moment. Highly recommend
Nick is exactly what a personal trainer should be. He's professional, attentive, motivating and concerned for safety. I was looking for an hour long workout that would burn 1000 calories - something that would rival and exceed Orange Theory. Nick put together a plan that accomplished that goal in a way that kept it fun and safe even though it was pretty grueling. Great Experience!
