Redemptive Rebecca’s training has given me the strength and rotation mobility I’ve strived for. Her encouragement and skills set makes what I used to find difficult and defeating, rewarding and physically enjoyable. She takes the time to carefully plan out her sessions with clients and for someone with a physical disability this is truly fantastic. Like many people, I struggled with going to the gym, not just to get ‘swol’ but become physically fit. Coming from Miami, many trainers focus on the aesthetics and appearance of their clients rather than seeing actual growth in strength training. In May of this year I wanted to finally make a change and took to the internet to find a trainer. I was initially approached by ‘RAP’ (not his name government) who was interested in knowing more about my disability. He then suggested another trainer at the gym he worked with named Rebecca Kennedy. It shows a level of professionalism for someone to recognize that they might not meet your needs and instead pass you on to someone who could help you fulfill those goals. In the short time training with Rebecca I have felt changes in my arm’s mobility and strength to carry everyday items like bags, reaching for stuff, and general well-being. I can say with pride that Rebecca makes me feel proud of being able to do menial tasks without struggle or pain. I highly recommend her training based on her knowledge, her enthusiasm, and caring attitude to clients. Thanks to Rebecca I was finally able to do pull-ups with both arms and even try boxing. Rebecca, you are amazing. 10/10 would train again.

I have been training with Josh for the past year. My daughter originally introduced me to him and indeed she also still trains with him and I have not looked back. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (currently forty-nine) if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Josh is always very encouraging but also determined to work you hard to reach your goals. He has a vast knowledge of his profession, and answered any questions I had any time I needed help. I would recommend EVOS Fitness in a heartbeat to anyone who is ready to change their life, health, and well being for the better. I aim to continue to train and maintain my best level of fitness with their help for a long time to come.

Jason is the best trainer in ORL, hands down. He will get you in shape, stronger, faster, whatever your goal is with less time in the gym. I ended the cycle of big gyms with no results and a sense of just being another customer and joined Xtreme Fitness. I chose One-On-One personal training to help with my weight loss journey. Workouts and nutrition were catered to meet my personal needs. Never a boring workout and always mixed things up. Soreness is guranteed! Alan is an awesome trainer! Definitely pushes you to get the most out of every workout. At times you might temporarily feel like hating him when you're tired and doing a set of burpees haha. But you'll quickly realize hard work pays off. I'm motivated by results and sticking with Xtreme I lost over 80lbs and had never felt more physically fit in my life! Great staff, awesome group classes and personal training. I highly recommend Xtreme Fitness to anyone who's ready to get fit!

Jake is one of the most caring loving and funniest trainer I ever met. I'm a 29 yr old young lady, average to athletic build, who has dabbled in cross fit, group fitness, yoga and olympic lifting. When I came to the strength shop my goals were strength and body building. What I love about Matt and his gym is the wealth and knowledge and experience he brings to the table (body building, power lifting, gymnastics), how sustainable and comprehensive his programs are and how attentive he is. When I train with him I learn about the anatomy, physiology, and science of strength training. I am not chained to him or his gym, rather I learn about the rationale behind my strength training program so that I can take it with me anywhere and adjust accordingly as I advance. My current program is perfect for me, every day I start out with a warm up AND mobility drill (yoga, dynamic stretches, and basic strength exercises are totally peppered in there) then my primary lift and accessory work. Of course things are adjusted according to my needs and performance but there is always a plan. My workouts are purposeful AF and I never feel like I'm wasting time or don't understand the benefit in an exercise or movement. I've only been training with Matt for a few months but by every metric I'm better for it. I'm stronger, smarter, leaner, more focused, my lifts are cleaner. Just yes. TSS is a legit strength factory- no gimmicks, fads, or nonsense. Come prepared to train hard and train smart. Guarenteed you'll learn something new every time. Also...gainz. All the gainz. 💪

Last year after three major operations and nine weeks of rehab, my sister noticed that I could use more rehabilitation. She suggested that I find a personal trainer. I was not looking forward to more exercises. I disliked doing them immensely. I thought I was doing well. I chose Core&More Fitness. I have been training with them now for three months and love it! I actually look forward to my three sessions a week. All the trainers are so friendly and I don't feel intimidated because of my age (70+). I alternate between two trainers, Jason and Ron. Both make my workouts fun, challenging and varied. They proved to me that I needed improvement and those needs are being met. I am doing things I could not do three months ago. I feel so much better physically and mentally. And I have tons more energy. I plan to continue my sessions. Both Jason and Ron have shown me the way to a healthy lifestyle by way of fitness training.

I have been training with Ryan three times a week, for the past three weeks, and for one hour. He is the best trainer I’ve ever had because he really focuses on my weaknesses, my form (to correct me on the proper form of the exercise), and what exercises work well for me even with injuries I received in the past. On top of that, I had a c-section a year (13 months ago to be exact), and I’m already seeing results! My stomach drastically started dissappearing and I no longer have rolls on my back - after only three weeks! I plan on training with him for a while - even when I get pregnant again!

Alex Latow has been my personal trainer since January of 2015. He trained me while we were both attending Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa and will remain as my trainer through the 2015 summer in Deltona, Florida. Alex was always looking for feedback and was always very clear with the goals we were setting both short-term and long-term. He would go above and beyond always on time whether it was 6am before school, or 7pm after track practice he was always there and ready to train. He could always explain the purpose of each exercise and was ready and able to give demonstrations when needed. Alex is an incredibly dedicated individual and I was able to achieve my body fat percentage and weight goals very quickly thanks to Alex's knowledge with diet plans, cardiovascular, and strength training.

I trained with Alyssa in Florida and I can't say enough great things about her. She truly tooo her time evaluating me/my needs before going full swing into training sessions. By doing this, it allowed her to see what areas I'm most weak in, strong in and where my injuries were. Knowing my last injuries alllwed her to create a game plan that truly catered to my needs (weight loss and toning) without me feeling like I would re-injure myself. She pays attention to form and pushes you to do the best you can! I lost around 20ish lbs with her (maybe more) and felt stronger each session. I highly recommend Alyssa to help you reach your goals! I would still be training with her if she hasn't moved from FL!

A very simple, fast and productive workout designed to get you in and out in under 30 minutes. I believe this technique of training is like no other; it pushes you in every situation, which gives you faster results compared to other training methods in the end. Body Ology taught me perseverance; to never give up no matter how much it hurts, no mater how much pain you're in. The one on one interaction with Brion overall gave me a better sense of confidence, motivation, and a drive like no other, which I will continue to use in my everyday life! If you simply give it your all, and work as hard as you can, there's nothing stopping you from reaching your goal! Body Ology definitely opened my eyes into the world of "negative" which continues to give me the results I look for today! Chris is a very professional personal trainer who loves what he does for a living. He is very attentive and focused on you and your session when training with him. After starting the program, it seemed to me that I was always eating (per my trainers instructions), and I didn't see how it could possibly help my weight by eating more often. However, I was reassured at two weeks when I realized that my waist size had already decreased! I'm excited about sticking with the program 3 times a week. It’s very encouraging and fun. I highly recommend working out with Chris, to obtain the results that you desire. We have only one body, so it's important to treat it with the respect it deserves. I recommend Chris, if you are looking for a REAL TRAINER! Down 7bls in 4 weeks and 23 more to Go!!!

Steve Sabella has provided personal training to my teenager for over a year. Steve has motivated him to become stronger, quicker and much more fit. Steve has designed a specific regimen to address a medical issue (scoliosis) and to help prevent it from worsening. I highly recommend Steve. He knows his stuff and will work with you to meet your fitness goals no matter what your starting point.

I've never experienced workouts as intense and effective as the ones Marci custom creates for me. She knows where my problem areas are (both physical and mental) and she focuses on my cardio first, I was focused on strength training and was merely bulking up and all it did was cause.my body pain and made my clothes.tight. I needed to learn stamina and breathing first! Lost some inches right away, too! Marci uses humor and pointed encouragement in order to help push me through the moments when my body and mind want to quit. I need someone to help push me like this, as I have had difficulty following through with weight loss goals in the past. Marci has the knowledge, the experience and the heart for her job. She takes health and fitness very seriously and focuses more on helping me to reach my goals than about her own financial gain. I appreciate that, as I have had a few financial setbacks this year. She was willing to work with me when I had difficulty maintaining the cost of the program, in order to keep improving. I have since caught up and am so grateful she didn't give up on me--I would have had to start completely over, and probably would have not made it back. I have learned to appreciate her mid-week voice mails and encouraging banter. She is truly a friend to her clients and I am much stronger today thanks to her professional commitment to my well-being and overall health. Can't wait to see what she has in store for me next week when we begin to combine strength and conditioning with cardio, also speed and agility exercises! Always new challenges! I've recently started training with Ross and he has been great! He takes the time to get to know you and your goals. I havet not been consistent with my personal fitness in the last few years and Ross was understanding and slowly is working with me to where I want to be. He's knowledgeable and explains everything well. He's also very punctual, straight to the point and does not waste time. I highly recommend Ross, you will not be disappointed!
