Lose Weight for a Healthy You
Trinity Phillips was around 20 years old when he went into the health and fitness business. He was in excellent shape after graduating high school and only started to gain weight after getting into a serious relationship. He started going out, eating a lot and stopped exercising. This continued for a couple of years until he woke up one day and realized that he already weighed in at about 300 pounds.
At that time, his knowledge about the human body and nutrition was limited. Through a friend, who used to be overweight but managed to turn things around, Trinity gained the understanding and confidence to start his journey to losing weight.
Over the last several months, he was able to shed off 93 pounds and began to feel better again; that's when he started giving advice to other people on how to lose those unwanted pounds and found his passion as a health and fitness advocate.
Trinity's most effective technique is staying focused on his clients and their needs while keeping a commanding role.
My most successful project was a grant in the community called Trinity's Corner. Through a grant, I was able to train the local low-income community through faith-based facilities.
