My fitness level was at zero. I had not been in a gym since 1985. Shaun Gettis took me on at a beginner's level. He met me at my unfit, off track level with " No Judgement". He has motivated me and kept me on track to believe in myself and do more. The challenge is just what I needed. I have never felt better than I do now. Im stronger and able to do more than I ever imagined this body could do. Its hard work, but Shaun has a way of making it fun.
Candace is an amazing trainer because I feel that she approaches diet and fitness the RIGHT way. She never let me starve myself and encouraged me to enjoy the foods I liked in moderation. With patience and consistant workouts, I started to see results. The results I have received from training with her have been results that lasts! This is coming from a chick that has tried multiple ways to lose weight (Insanity, CrossFit, etc.). She creates workouts for me that are consistent so I don't have to think when I enter the gym. This way I can see myself progress over time. She would incorporate fun short cardio tid bits to ensure that I got my heart racing but not dreading it at the same time. I highly encourage anyone hire her as a fitness coach. Her style of training is a definitely a lifestyle, not a fad.

I'd never had a personal trainer before, but after working with Taylor, I can't imagine NOT having one! My husband and I worked with Taylor for the year leading up to our wedding and have lost more than 80 lbs combined. The best part, though, is that Taylor has made working out enjoyable. We've never done the same workout twice, so I always learn something new and always feel challenged. I've worked with Taylor both one-on-one and together with my husband, and she has a knack for designing workouts perfect for each client. And Taylor's degree in nutrition makes her an even better trainer. She is always willing to offer up nutrition advice and is never judgmental about your struggles. Not only is Taylor knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, but she has an upbeat, optimistic personality that just makes you want to do your best. I always leave workouts with her feeling motivated. Kari is an extremely personable and capable Personal Trainer. She offers so much more than good, solid training...she is a nutritionist as well and is a cheerleader to boot. She treats you as though you are her only client and gears her training with the recognition that each person is unique and has different needs. I look forward to each session with her.
Michelle’s motivating energy and witty sense of humor is what kept me looking forward to each session. She used her knowledge of fitness and creativity to create training sessions that had me working hard and having fun at the same time. This is a great low impact overall workout. I like that it incorporates cardio and strength training. You can work at your fitness level and you don't have to be trained in ballet to know what is going on. Briana is great and everyone that comes to class has been friendly. It is also very affordable compared to other barre classes I have taken.
I hired Bernard about 5 weeks ago and i must say I'm very excited about the new me. Not only have i lost weight I've toned up as well. He was able to set me up on a diet plan that is very reasonable and easy to prepare. He is very thorough and and professional. And safety is always #1. Highly recommended......
Came to F*IT two years after being in a bad car accident. Mason has done an amazing job at helping me strengthen the muscles around my spine. I have less pain and more endurance even when physical therapy at a different facility was not providing relief. I highly recommend this facility and more so Mason.

Charles and Jenni at Mayhem Fitness have turned my life around. Started training with them at the beginning of 2016 and I've dropped 25lbs and have started packing on the muscle. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. Charles and Jenni are both full of knowledge. They take your goal and make a personal training program around you to get you to where you want to be. They can't do the work to change your body for you only you can do that,but they definitely give you all the tools you need to get where you want to be. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to make that change in their life weather it be lose weight or pack in the muscle. They can help you acomplishments it all!
Kristi is very professional and a huge help! She did a posture assessment on me and gave me some exercises to do to help with lower back pain and shoulder pain. The stretches helped tremendously. She also did a great job explaining the nutritional aspect of getting fit. She has loads of recipes and easy ideas to help make things simple. I would highly recommend Kristi to anyone I know.
Madison is a great trainer, she really pushes me to work harder while working within my physical limitations to help me build my strength and endurance. I highly recommend her!!
