When I started working out with Keith and KB2 Fitness, my main goal was to tone and increase my upper body strength. After 6 months I can proudly say, I have definitely toned down my arms, lost a few inches and stand a whole lot taller. I am now wearing pants I haven't worn in a couple of years and I can buy some workout clothes in a smaller size. The best thing about working out with Keith is that he is always upbeat and personable. He works with you, he doesn't push you to do things you may not like he just changes the exercise. You don't even realize you are doing exactly what he wanted you to! You think "Ha got out of that!" I have a lower back problem so if there is ever a exercise that isn't working we move on to something that is. He also has a knack for getting you to enjoy the work out even if your not feeling it. He is great at distracting you with his own workout horror stories of the week, so the hour and the work out is over before you even realize it. I do believe he lays awake at night thinking of different cardio moves to try out on you to see if its something he will incorporate into his personal work out. I tell him at least twice a workout that I hate him and working out! He laughs and says next! I can honestly say that at the end of every workout, whether I'm feeling it or not I am 100% glad I did it and actually look forward to the next one.
Jenn is really great! I am 31 years old and in fairly good shape but I was needing some guidance in my workouts. I am not much of a gym goer and do not really enjoy working out with machines. Jenn comes to my house, she brings her own equipment, yet she is very flexible to and willing to go to your own gym as well. I have been working with her once a week since the New Year and she has taught me so much already. She has a very gentle approach yet pushing me to my goal. She is a great nutritionist, not the lecturing type, and feels like you are talking to a long time friend who has a genuine interest in you and your health. She did a comprehensive evaluation and proceeded to move forward. I saw my mom getting stronger and more upbeat. I was working out seriously for 5 years but I have always been slim. I had problems putting on muscle and I always did a lot of cardio thinking that it will make me leaner and give me better abdominal definition, but it never really worked. After working out with Jessie and his training program I greatly increased my strength, put on 8 pounds and had a leaner appearance then ever before. I met Daniel via his fiance Nina. I was walking into the gym and Daniel and Nina were doing an E-fit demonstration. Nina asked me to give it a try. I slipped on the workout clothing and into the vest, shorts and bicep/calf cuffs and the workout began. Simple movements became intense and difficult and when focusing on one area of the body Daniel could also activate other resting areas by the simple turn of a couple knobs on the E-fit panel. A quick and intense 20 minutes completed the workout. A couple days later I could really feel how deep the E-fit stimulated the muscle groups. I even came back for more sessions! Each of the following workouts were completely different and offered different challenges. As a former college athlete, I was tired of the same routine workouts. Due to Mike's enthusiasm and excercise variety, I became addicted to his fitness style after my first boot camp session. If you feel uncomfortable doing an excercise, Mike is prepared to alter the exercise to fit your needs. In addition to his action packed sessions, Mike's welcoming personality has turned True Grit Fit into its own fitness family.

I never felt comfortable in a gym until I had the opportunity to train with James. His diverse background of training styles made him the perfect coach for me while I navigated my way through my fitness journey. So far he's trained me to perform Olympic lifts, high volume plyometric workouts, any and all TRX-style training, body building and physique training, as well as how to properly warm up, cool down, stretch and foam roll.
