Latest Review: Danielle has done an excellent job with being my personal trainer and has given me the encouragement I needed to accomplish my primary goals (which are to lose weight and stay fit). She has been able to accommodate my busy schedule that I have throughout the day. I am so glad that I started working with Danielle!

Latest Review: Tracy is the most professional trainer. Worked with her previously, but I drag my old self 69 years old to do a boot camp every Saturday. Just loves her dedication to keep me toned and aware of my age.

Latest Review: I’ve been working with James a few weeks now and I’m really impressed by his high level of attentiveness. He has a way of making you feel at ease during his sessions, and puts a great deal of thought into tailoring your workouts to meet your goals. For anyone considering a personal trainer who is relational and commitment to delivering results, I’d highly recommend James.

Latest Review: At 53 years old, I almost gave up on working out after unsuccessful stints with two previous personal trainers, but after I tried a third personal trainer, Lamond, I was able to regain my interest again with lifting weights and working out. He is very attentive, easy to work with and he clearly understood my personal needs, my physical limitations and my workout goals. With Lamond’s help, I was able to get into better shape in less than two months and I was definetly seeing and feeling the great results. He made me realize that, despite my age, I still have the ability to do multiple different weightlifting routines. His motivational skills and coaching helped me to bring out the inner strength that I didn’t even know I had. He also provided me with great diet tips and excellent stretching exercises that I have now incorporated into my daily regimen. I am very happy with Lamond as my personal trainer and I highly recommend his services to others who also want to lose weight, look great and improve their physical condition.

Latest Review: I'm very thankful for Ave. She has managed to meet me where I am while at the same time pushing me. That is a delicate balance to strike and she does it well. Not all personal trainers are able to work well with someone with injuries or other health issues. She can!

Latest Review: Sometimes as we age , its not the golf equipment or the golf ball. ITS OUR FLEXIBILITY... I hate admitting this but in my 40`s I hit the golf ball between 150 yds - 155 yds with my 7 iron. As I hit age 58 this year , I was only hitting the golf ball between 135 yds - 140 yds with my 7 iron.. I have been on a strict lifestyle change for a 6 month commitment to loose 40 lb`s and get back in great health. While hiring the best personal trainer (Tom Marbell )what I am finding out with his professional training progam that he designed for me is that I am getting back my flexibility and building up muscle tone and etc and strenghtening my core which is building up my club head speed. In just 5 weeks with Tom Marbell I am down from the 220lb start to 199 lb , but one of the other great things is I am now hitting my 7 iron between 145 yds - 150 yds. He is getting my flexibility back. If you love Golf , you might want to think about hiring yourself a personal trainer if you want to hit the golf ball further or go to my on-line business at http://www.stevesworldofgolf.com/
