Simply the best personal training! Without a doubt! Very professional! I have had trainers in the past but these guys are great! Fun atmosphere and a lot of hard work. It is intense but they never give you more than you can handle. Every workout is different on different days. I definitely recommend!
Apart from being very fun, sweet and upbeat Anna is showing me a whole new approach to fitness the one that most trainers and athletes will keep a secret. It seems that most trainers never want to show there clients what they actually do, instead take a slow and ordinary exercises to keep clients longer and without dramatic changes. I could tell Anna apart from those trainers right away! I have had prior trainers and never achieved what I wanted nor was ever excited to exercise. With Anna it will be a fun as well as amazing journey to finally reach my goals. Very well equipped, clean and private studio is a wonderful safe naighborhood and very easy to find. I had been using a few Fitness Trainers over the years and never really got to where I needed to be so I decided to do my homework and really search out some Fitness Trainers on a much higher level. I spent some time searching the web and although there were many trainers one seemed to come up a lot. I looked into this one trainer and searched out his reputation and credentials. I was pleasently surprised! Although I thought I found what I was looking for I decided to go one step further. I searched a few feeder sites and saw the same trainer on all the sites also. One site seemed to stick out more then the rest and that was Thumbtack.com. Since I was interested in this one fitness trainer (Jeffrey Urcan @ Top Fit Pros) I had decided to search the site to see if there was anyone more qualified then Jeff. I read all the reviews and decided to contact Jeff for a consultation. I have to say Jeff was very patient and went into depth on how the body works with regards to losing fat (weight). He never rushed me or held information from me. Actually he told me he would do an hour session if I wanted to and guide me so I can do the workouts on my own. I told him he was very generous but I prefer to have him fitness train me. So we scheduled 4 days a week and a nutrition program. The first impression I had and saw was this place is really clean and he was very neat. I knew at this point this place was a professionally run organization. The first day Jeff went over the nutrition plan with me making me understand how this plan works and how it will help me reduce body fat. The following day was the first session and I was so surprised the difference in a real professional then someone that is like a robot. Jeff goes into detail on what muscles are being used and the correct way to train. Jeff is such a perfectionist. He makes sure the form is perfect and if not he spends the time to make sure you learn and executes the exercise perfectly. He told me that he does it this way so not only you avoid injury but you also can do the workouts on your own later on, Jeff spends the time with you explaining everything like an encylopedia of information. He never stops feed educational information on health and fitness.I have been working with Jeff for about a month and in that time I lost 16 lbs of fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle. I will continue with Jeff because he is a great find. His work quality is so great and he is a real professional. He is always responsive to all my needs. I just text him and he usually texts me back within an hour. He is always on time and never late. Finally the value is really great for a professional personal fitness trainer. There are no other charges with him. No membership fee's, No charge for the bottled water and even a clean gym towel to use during the workout. He is never scared to help you understand anything about the workout at anytime. All up he is very resonable and the best part he is in my eyes the best trainer around. If you want the best fitness trainer around then Jeff Urcan is the best you can find. I wouldn't give him up for the world. You can really tell that Jeff loves helping people become healthy and fit. I have had many trainers. Bentley was the best by far. He listened to me and delivered. All I ever wanted was pretty arms. I workout a lot on my own and look good. I take pride in that. Frantz is on time, pushes you hard and gives more than expected. I like how results oriented he is (taking measurements, pics, and questions) to drive the overall experience to be positive. I've used many trainers in the past and he is serious and works hard to push me beyond my limits.
Riccardo trained me for almost two months while I was vacationing in Florida . He was AMAZING!!!!!! He was very easy to get along with and I felt comfortable with him from our first meeting ! In the short time we were together he developed a personalized program that consisted of strength /circuit training in my gym Combined with pool training . He is the reason I dropped 15 pounds in the short time we were together . I have had many trainers in my life and I have never met Anyone like Riccardo . He is definitely the BEST trainer I have ever had ! When my husband joined me for the last two weeks , Riccardo also trained him . they hit it off from the start! My husband was able to drop 6 pounds in two weeks! All Thanks to riccardo's personalized training program he developed for him . My husband said to me , Riccardo is one of the best trainers I have ever had ! If you want results , Ricardo is your guy ! He is patient and understands all different body frames and can therefore specialize your program to suit your needs . If you want someone that is going to be 100% invested Mariana is your trainer. She is dedicated. She doesn't over reach. She sets goal that are attainable and workouts that fit the student. With an added kick. You want to give extra for her because of how much she believes in you. I have a long way to go to get to my goal but I'm so grateful that Mariana is there with me in this journey. She is a willing and active team member and I feel she will not let me down. Here is to a new beginning.
There are quite a few trainers that are knowledgeable but I have found them lacking in other areas. I have tried to work with trainers in the past and just felt they were going “through the motions”. Hannah is certainly knowledgeable but her enthusiasm and investedness in your personal goals is humbling. She really cares about her clients and their goals!
I've worked with multiple gyms and trainers (both regular and combat) and I haven't found an instructor with more expertise or encouragement. The other students are also awesome people and very welcoming. If you want to learn to defend yourself in real situations, this is the place to do it. I'm glad I found Strength4Combat.
Eric’s gym is a fantastic facility. Eric was very knowledgeable about different work outs. He pushed me to work out harder. I’ve dealt with other personal trainers before Eric is one of the most friendly ones you will find. He also helped go over a diet plan and was very helpful. I’m already down 10lbs this month! I’d recommend Eric to everyone!
Matt is a great person trainer. He's attentive to what I the client want and then intelligently and thoughtfully applies his own expertise. He's not the typical "push you till you drop" trainer, but he also is very capable of working you harder than you thought possible. Matt's also very interested in nutrition and how it combines with exercise. He's the complete package in a trainer. His home visit rates are also very reasonable.
One session is all it takes to be totally hooked on Brandon's super-positive, ready-to-work attitude! Brandon has impressed me with his professionalism and great sense of customer intuition since he first sent me a quote. Unlike other trainers who quoted, he didn't send an aggressive, overly-salesy message. He sent me a very informative and reassuring message where he outlined exactly how things would work if I wanted them to. He offers a massively discounted first session, so it was a no-brainer for me to at least try things out with him. I continue to be so impressed with Brandon. He shows up twice a week armed with all sorts of equipment and I find his energy and positivity wonderfully contagious. He's kind, courteous, friendly, professional, a great communicator, he's a hero when I need help pushing through an exercise, and he always takes a moment to explain exactly what we're doing and what it's going to effect. I have been"around" and I've experienced many different gyms and trainers so I believe I can give a respectable testimonial about my experience with James Tilley. Not only does he tailor my workouts for my personal needs, which can change weekly, James gives me an effective workout, always paying close attention to my performance so that I will not injure myself. He also explains the movements so I understand HOW I could injure myself and why it is so important to pay attention to technique. Not only have I improved aesthetically but I feel great! I feel younger and more energetic and I am 67 years old!! In addition to his superior abilities as a trainer, James brings to every session his upbeat, energetic, and always encouraging personality. All I can say after this is "I could not be happier with any other personal trainer!" Thank you James for all your hard work!!
I have been training with for Mike for 3 months starting the 2nd phase of my workouts and have seen serious gains on and off the field as a professional athlete. With his knowledge as an elite trainer and dietician, I've gained the weight I've needed to and developed the speed I've always wanted. He will work with you to meet and exceed your goals, great motivator, not to mention a great facility.
One of my favorite trainers! He will push you to reach your goal and give you the motivation you need to get to your end result! He has always proven to be a very dedicated and responsible person when it comes to his work. Out of all the trainers I know, in my opinion, Christian is the best one. Matt is the absolute best trainer I’ve ever had! He really genuinely cares about my goals and results and always texts/ calls me to make sure I’m following the nutrition plans. His workouts are great and I have a bad back so he has been helping me gain mobility with that. I will always recommend Matt to anyone who wants a great trainer/ friend who will always keep you motivated and seeing and feeling great results!
