I had never heard of Thumbtack until yesterday when a friend of mine in Fla told me. I had sent a note to another local, small plumbing business and zero reply back. Got on Thumbtack, went through the super easy process of what you need done, submitted and within 15 minutes I had a text message from Krissy and at the same time she called. Extremely nice and helpful. Told me there was a tech in the area and would be at my house between 10A & Noon. Ivan arrived at 10:30. Great guy. Showed him everything and he quoted me a price to install the expansion tank and that it would require a new cold water line and valve and a sediment trap for the gas line. I knew both would be needed. Absolutely no upselling. I agreed to price and he began the work immediately. Ivan did an outstanding job. Just cannot say enough of how impressed I was. I would recommend American Rooter Services to anyone having plumbing issues or water heater installs. Thank You Ivan and Krissy!!!!! Oh yeah, soooo nice to have hot water again. :)"See more
