David is absolutely the best Trainer! He is totally knowledgeable of the body structure and has many methods to help you accomplish your goals. He was able to have my husband stand on his own after just his first session. His goal is always to help others improve their physical life. I train under Bakar at the Body Laboratory LLC. Bakar is the best ..hands down..he is very knowledgable in the area of fitness and nutrition. Most importantly his sessions is filled with fun and I get to do different exercises (strength,conditioning ,flexibility ) each session. During the session he is always there for you..encouraging you and correcting you. For me most importantly he is very flexible and that helps me given my hectic work schedule. All you got to do is let me him know what your goals are and he would cater ur exercises for that. He is very aporochable and I enjoy my time at the gym. Great going Bakar!!.
Joel has been working with me since February, 2015. I am 44 years old and was completely out of shape. My main goal was not to lose weight, but to get toned and fit. Once Joel did my evaluation, he designed a program for me with my goals in mind. He customizes my workouts and always keeps them fun. It's always something different and challenging. During our sessions, he always explains what we are doing and why. He is very informative and loves to share his knowledge of fitness so that I can get the maximum benefit from everything we do. What I like most about Joel is that he puts a lot of time and thought into each and every workout before we meet. Since I started, my form, my balance, and my endurance have all improved beyond what I ever thought was possible. I look better, I feel better, and my confidence has soared. He is a great motivator and I am in the best shape of my life!

When I first hired Akil, I was the unhealthiest I had ever been. I needed guidance and no matter how much I read about fitness, I knew it couldn't replace in person expertise. Over the course of 6 months I lost inches and gained so much confidence, and I never once had to quit because I hurt myself. He showed me how to use all the equipment in my gym, but he also showed me exercises I could do at work and helped me to be more mindful of my diet. I'm thrilled with how far I've come, and the foundation he helped me to build. And he really builds a plan on what you need and what you can work with. And he helped me with a goal of mine to do push-ups. Went from 0 to able to do sets of 10! I obviously recommend (or I wouldn't review) but know that you get out what you put in. He'll help you come up with a nutrition plan, but it's up to you to follow it. Absolutely worth the work though!

In the 6 weeks I have trained with Kate Middleton, I have lost 8 lbs and 7" overall! She is a great personal trainer because she has been there herself and knows what the struggle is all about. At our workout sessions, she always reviews what the workout will be that day before we get started and she works right along with me most of the time. Katie is also very good about watching and correcting my form to prevent injuries. She monitors my food diary through MFP making suggestions as needed. And always follows up the next day to see how I'm feeling. Kate Middleton is very passionate about fitness and her clients reaching their goals! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a PT.... I'm well on my way of reaching my goal because of Katie!

The atmosphere is refreshing being outside for boot camp! The personal progress I made in knocking off over 50 lbs was worth pushing myself to attend! Go MFBC!

This is my third week working with Midtown Trainers and I could not be happier. I appreciate how all the trainers use their individual strengths, working together as a team to help you reach your goals. Lauren, my main trainer, is phenomenal. She is right there watching my form and will help me make immediate adjustments as needed. She pushes me when she is confident that I can do more, and I trust her so if she thinks I can do it then I believe I can as well. The programs are individualized and progressive so you never feel stagnate or bored. I highly recommend this team of trainers. Trey has chosen a great group of professionals who are passionate about fitness and will work hard in your behalf to get you where you want to be.
Love working with my future trainer. She's excellent at scheduling workouts around my busy life, and the variety I get is far beyond what I was able to do on my own. This is really a great program if you want the accountability of a real person plus the convenience of being able to do workouts wherever. I can do workouts when traveling, at home, at the gym. They also customize the workout to the gear I have available, which makes it super easy. It's also great having an app to reach out to my trainer, rather than waiting for my weekly training session to ask questions. Megan's very punctual with responses, and very understanding with all my concerns. Overall this is an excellent service. Much recommended.
