I hired Marcus to cater my daughter's wedding. Marcus and his team worked very hired and were very professional. He was always available to answer my questions. Leneille was so kind and her kindness was consistent until the day we met her at our wedding reception. She was willing to go above and beyond her call of duty. We felt so blessed to have her there for us, serving our Guest. She also made suggestions and implemented where needed. She was punctual and pleasant toward everyone. She even called to tell me while running an errands she noticed the wedding photo location we chose was being decorated for a city event and didn't want us to stress out by giving us time to look for another location for pictures. I felt so good because she didn't have to do that and I told my fiancé (at the time...lol!) and he was so pleased she was looking out for us above and beyond. We recommend Leneille Inc Events not because of a price because SHE'S PRICELESS but we recommend her because of her genuine desire to serve, to go above and beyond. :)

Having Lanette as the "day-of" coordinator at my wedding reception was one of the best decisions I made! Lanette was very easy to work with leading up to the day. She eased so much of my stress by simply being available to answer all of my questions and bounce ideas off of. She had some great ideas of her own, which I'm so thankful that she shared without me feeling pressured. Before the wedding reception, Lanette picked up all of our reception accessories and brought them to the venue. She set up everything exactly the way I had imagined. During the reception, Lanette was a life-saver with making sure that things ran on time, and that my husband and I were in the right place at the right time for toasts, cake cutting, etc. Lanette even brought me a glass of wine when she saw mine was empty - just what I wanted and I didn't even have to ask! Lanette was truly a pleasure to work with. I'm so glad to have had her help and I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Simply amazing!! I was concerned my wedding size of 150 would be over whelming but not at all!! She sent me a shopping list , I had a full bar and tried to get everything on the list! So happy she gave us suggestions on what to use, all of guest were so happy!!! The signature cocktail was sooo good! She also worked so well with my wedding coordinators/ hostess that were taking care of my wedding party. I was so happy to see everyone with a drink in their hand and dancing! I highly recommend her for anyone in need of a prepfessional bartender!!

I really enjoyed having Jazzy as a decorator for my wedding. I liked her ideas and she tried to keep me updated about the changes that were made via text and email as I live outside of the city where I was getting married. I had hoped to meet her in person to go over the details of the wedding, but we did not meet until the day prior and I was not able to see the flower arrangements and decorations until the day of the wedding. The decorations for the reception was BEAUTIFUL there were small minor details that where overlooked. (i.e. the card placements were not in the correct order for the seating arrangements). Overall, I enjoyed the experience. Thanks Jazzy.

Booking Fonix Entertainment was the best decision we made for our Day of Coordination! Our Wedding was 3 months ago but it's been stuck in my mind with how many times Olivia saved me on the Day of! I had chosen a Hair Stylist who wasn't truthful about her timeline of me getting my hair done. Somehow 12pm finished time turned to 3pm, the time I was supposed to walk down the aisle! Olivia was able to find someone the moment I called her crying and not only was Olivia's back up super professional, she did a better job than who I chose. My pictures before the Ceremony never happened but Olivia managed to get me to do a First Look with my husband and have us walk down the aisle on time! She also managed to get us extra time for our pictures after the Ceremony as well, so we ended up getting all the pictures we were hoping for and managed to work with all of the vendors to stay an additional 30 minutes at no extra cost to us so we can have some extra dance time as well. I couldn't have asked for a better Day of Coordinator, she was more like a Fairy Godmother making my day become a true dream!

I hired Kori Nicole for a one day wedding coordination contract, but she provided so much more. From our initial meeting more than 30 days out, she has been intimately involved in the details of my wedding. Meeting with the vendors, being immediately accessible via phone text and email, and providing additional decorative suggestion as needed, she is everything I could have dreamed of in someone to help me make my wedding day the absolute perfection I dreamed of. Even my guests commented on how hard she worked the day of. My husband is especially grateful in that she ridded me of so much stress and anxiety and it was less for him to deal with, lol. I, for one after experiencing what she does first-hand, believes she is significantly under-priced, so if you can snag her, be sure to jump at it, because she is the best I've seen in this industry from years of seeing mediocre coordinators of weddings of friends and family. THANK YOU Kori Nicole, for such exceptional service and professionalism. We will definitely be seeing you at the next big event celebration :-).

I contacted Tiana at the very tail end of my trying to handle my own DIY wedding (she jumped right in as if she were family); Tiana and her team were extremely professional and provided quality customer service. She went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined, it’s because of Tiana and Oh So Pretti, LLC that we even had a wedding at all! About 6-weeks from the wedding I hadn't finished my centerpieces, decorations, linen, favors, draperies, etc. for the ceremony and reception. With one phone call, Ms. Tiana came in and saved the day! Within weeks, she contacted my vendors and was full steam ahead, what I love about Tiana is that she will make suggestions but not push you into doing something that will overextend your budget - it was at the point that I said "do you" because I knew that I was in good hands -:)! Because of her suggestions, our wedding was more than I could imagine, she brought my DIY vision to life. We received wonderful feedback from family and friends about how lovely, professional, and creative the decorations were... the centerpieces, lighting, draping, and arrangements around the room were amazing! Thank you so much Peter for helping my wedding day become a success!!! I strongly advice to all the brides to hire a wedding coordinator if not at the least a day of coordinator. I planned my whole indian wedding and was debating to get a day of coordinator and so happy I did. I did not realize the stress and all I got myself into planning the whole wedding myself. Wedding day as a bride you want to just enjoy and let someone else handle all the vendors and peter did just that. Thank you so much. Only thing I would say is make sure if you are going to go with just Day of coordination to have out each and every detail and be very organized as that will only help achieve your special day be the best memory ever. Le Bam was a dream to work with and I would recommend this company to my closest friends! Marina (the owner) is creative on a different level. She has a vision that is far beyond anything I could create on my own. Everything I requested was delivered on the big day. She went above and beyond and included extra things like a red carpet and petal designs down the aisle. What I really liked best about her service is it's all inclusive and she does not nickle and dime you. She has a huge collection of bridal decor and she will use all of it on your wedding. Lots of other planners I met with wanted to charge extra for charger plates, special linens, chair covers, ect. Her planner, Adrian is one of the best as well. We texted everyday, at all times of the day and she was so responsive which is all I can ask for when working with someone. Now that the wedding is over, I feel like I lost a friend, we chatted that often. On the big day, she took care of all the little details (I didn't lose ONE thing) and was comfortable running the show. The day of the wedding was flawless, and one I will remember forever. Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

The national average cost for wedding planning is between $990 and $1,300. Costs are greatly affected by region, with rural or smaller-town wedding planners often far more affordable than planners in higher-cost cities. Here are some examples of the various levels of wedding planning and their potential average costs:

  • Day-of-wedding coordination: $800-$1,700. Day-of services can include the planner finalizing all details, creating a timeline, confirming vendors and overseeing all setup, day-of activities, and cleanup. The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.
  • Partial service: $1,500-$3,800. Here the planner works with the couple from the beginning, helping contract vendors, creating a timeline, and overseeing all details of day-of execution. Time commitment could be about 30-60 hours, depending on package and pricing.

For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long.
