When I met with Raven, I was clear about everything I wanted: Fat loss, lean muscle and to keep my feminine curves. I even showed him a picture of the exact body style I wanted to build together. Raven was honest and straightforward in telling me my goals were realistic and achievable, but I had better be ready to work!
He started my training where I was and we have progressed in intensity as I have grown stronger. No matter your fitness level, he makes you feel strong and confident in your abilities. There is no judgement with Raven. He is optimistic, encouraging and motivating. During our sessions, he demonstrates each exercise and explains how each workout fits into the big plan. I especially like that he avails himself 24/7 to answer all of my food and nutrition questions, and offers guidance on activities I can do outside of our sessions to bolster our work together.
Two months in, I have dropped two inches from my waist, the appearance of my jelly (cellulite) is starting to improve, and I can see muscle peeking through in my arms and legs. In addition, I am more disciplined with my food choices and now look forward to working up a sweat in the gym.
