Patrick was my personal trainer for about half a year. I started knowing him in a group Core class he taught. His class was tough but fun! I was so impressed that I decided to further my training with him. As a personal trainer, Patrick understands the difference in each trainee. He first assessed my baseline capability and defined the goals. He then carefully designed sessions that would help me meet my goals. Patrick chose a variety of exercises that pushed me beyond my comfort zone but were still manageable and safe. During the training, Patrick monitored my movement closely. He not only made prompt corrections of my mistakes but also provided many suggestions on how to make my exercise more effective. In addition, he shared knowledge on diet and other helpful fitness information. Patrick is a good role model of fitness. He exercises daily and eats healthy. As an instructor, he cares about his students. As an individual, he has a warm personality and a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend Patrick to anybody who is looking for an excellent personal trainer!
Josh is great to work with for your fitness needs. My husband and I hired him for at home personal training. He uses customized exercises to help my husband and I reach our fitness goals. Additionally, he has a great positive energy that helps us get in the right mindset. I highly recommend Jill and her team from Destination Fitness. I used her trainer Suzanne to have her help me with strengthening and balancing exercises after my knee surgery. Tommy is a wonderful and very professional trainer. I had a pleasure working with him for over a year during and after my pregnancy. His training methods were very innovative and very purpose oriented, helping me manage my pregnancy weight through his functional training methods and later, loose weight after I had my baby. I would definitely recommend his personal training service to anybody, whether they are looking to get in shape, loose weight or just simply want to enjoy their workouts.
I began going to Edge Fitness and Performance in 2014 and would like to say this is one unique gym. The workouts at first may seem intense but they fly by, before you know it the hour is up and you’ve gotten in an amazing cardio workout. You cannot get the same workout in a regular gym. Here you receive a personal trainer with every class and can attend a few days a week up to unlimited classes, depending on your package, for much less than hiring on a standard personal trainer. The environment is very friendly and up beet. The staff and owner are all so knowledgeable and really care about their clients and helping them in meeting their goals. They know each individual member by name and everyone is treated like family. The atmosphere is very positive, energetic and motivating. Each year the gym holds an award ceremony and dinner for the members. Members are recognized for their hard work and accomplishments which again hits more on a personal level where as you would not receive acknowledgements like this at a regular gym. I would highly recommend Edge Fitness and Performance to others.
I have been working out with Personal Trainer, Nancy Meaney. She is a great encourager and has provided me an exercise program to help me reach my goals. I needed some direction, accountability and encouragement to get back on track and Nancy infused me with the energy to go after my goals!
I met with Michael Davis to discuss what I was looking for in a personal trainer, and he described what he had to offer. We had our first session a few days later. He did an initial assessment of my strengths and showed me how to do various exercises with weights. He gave me homework--we worked out a specific plan for me to workout five days a week, doing different things on different days. We will meet weekly. I am really pleased!
I have been working with Mark Henry for roughly 3 months. I had never worked with a personal trainer before, so I was not sure what to expect and was admittedly anxious and intimidated. Mark made me feel comfortable and has provided me with exercise regiments that have been both challenging and achievable. This has been extremely motivating and his constant encouragement and positive feedback have given me the motivation to stick with it.

Working with Isaac from HYPE was the perfect fit for our corporate wellness program. We hired him on the spot as our personal trainer, where he worked with many different types of employees to help personally improve themselves using our onsite gym. Isaac lead good examples and met the needs of each person he worked with. Isaac also took the time to recommend some machine upgrades that would benefit our onsite gym and the employees, which was very helpful and understanding. Stacy is an excellent trainer and provided me with very friendly and professional service. About 3 months ago I had a total replacement of my right shoulder and she drew up a plan for a workout to strengthen that which I desperately needed. Stacy can work with anyone with any limitations so I will say that even you have medical concerns she works with everyone with great customization. I highly recommend Stacy to anyone seeking basic conditioning up to professional athletes!
Ive been taking Amys Yoga Sculpt, Ashtanga Yoga and Cardi-yoga classes since August. Her classes are always fun and challenging. Each class is always different w/ the exception of Ashtanga as that is a class follows the traditional Ashtanga sequence. More recently Amy has become my personal trainer. She provides me with daily workouts and motivation. The workouts she has planned have been fun, diverse, demanding and range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes typically. They always use easily assessable equipment (i.e. stairs, etc). I have definitely begun to see results! I highly recommend Amy as a personal trainer and Yoga instructor.
