Jason is an excellent personal trainer! I wanted a trainer that could push me without being a drill sargent and that is exactly what he does. He designs workouts for me that push me and are based on my feed back about things I enjoy and the goals I want to attain. Once a month he does a fitness evaluation with clients that really helps evaluate your progress. After about six weeks I can see a huge improvement in my strength, energy and endurance. We are working on my coordination, strength and overall fitness. He lets me know before each exercise what goals it will help me with and modifications I can perform at home as well.
