I came to svetness in need of help with losing weight I put on after giving birth. I have started training with Svetness and I can say that I am 100% satisfied with the service I am receiving. My trainer is very prompt and knowledgeable in regards to personal training. My husband will actually start training with me twice a week! Absolutely exceptional in every single way. Elin is without a doubt one of the most positive and supportive coaches. He listened closely to my goals and selected the perfect trainer for me. Trainer Alek is an amazing person who customized a program for me that is challenging, but not overwhelming. Working with Alek is very motivating and he pushes me to work harder to reach my goal in a very subtle way, so that a hard workout still is enjoyable and fun. Every week he emails me a workout summary and an overview of where I’m currently standing in my training. Elin is also tracking my progress and he reaches out every week to check up and see if everything is working out to my satisfaction. Elin and his team are professionals who truly enjoy helping people like me reach their goals. Customer satisfaction is highly regarded and they work with you to accommodate your schedule and budget. I have worked with different trainers and studios in the past, but Elin and his team are taking personal training to a whole new level.
I have been training with Robert Armstrong (Fitness Stop LLC), Personal Training, 4 times a week since November 18, 2015. I researched numerous fitness programs and met various personal trainers in my local area before choosing Fitness Stop LLC. I found an immediate connection with Robert and his training program as I felt he truly cares in working with his clients to reach their fitness goals regardless if its 10 or 60 pounds. His personal experience in weight loss and dedicated training drives his clients to achieving their fitness goals as he has. My goal is to lose 25-30 pounds within 6 months from the start of my training. Robert provided me with a meal plan that I have been disciplined in following. He prepared me to understand the challenges I will experience when changing to a healthier lifestyle with consistent exercise and diet. Robert has the patience yet pushes his clients to the level he knows they can achieve and they do. He works well with clients with injuries as well. In the first 3 weeks I trained with Robert, I lost 10 pounds. I definitely met my goal in losing the most difficult 10 pounds in less than the time I expected and because of it, I am more motivated and determined and will continue training with Robert. Losing pounds and maintaining the weight loss was always the most difficult for me but because Robert's training varies and not boring, I look forward to each training session and always feel accomplished after. The only regret I have is that I wish I had started sooner with Robert Armstrong and Fitness Stop LLC but like anything in life, better late than never.
Shawn has been a great trainer for my colleague and I. He's got a positive outlook and keeps us motivated. We've been training with him for about 15 weeks (once a week) and I definitely feel stronger. His sessions are always different, which is great and keeps us moving and trying new things. And he listens when we say something is good or doesn't feel right. 100% recommend!

I've been an athlete my entire life, and as such, I am familiar with training from an array of backgrounds. I have never had training as successful and rewarding as the training I get here. The lessons you learn here will help you become stronger both physically and mentally, as you learn to push through barriers like never before. I can honestly say that I am the strongest (both physically and mentally) I have ever been.
My experience with Mr. Russel was my second attempt at using a personal trainer. The first trainer I used was impersonal and lackadaisical. The extent of his “training” was to show me how to use the machines; there was hardly any communication between us. I was underwhelmed by that experience and as a result, was not motivated to try another trainer. However, Mr. Russel is the exact opposite of that first trainer. He encompasses every characteristic I expect, want and need in a personal trainer. He is first and foremost, a professional. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and intuitive. He communicates throughout the session by explaining the benefit of each exercise, providing feedback and motivation. He is a taskmaster. I have every confidence that with his continued training, I will reach the goals I’ve set for myself.

When I first reached out to Damien for training I was underweight and had not worked out in over a year. Therefore, my fitness goals were to gain healthy weight (lean muscle) while staying toned. Damien’s training approach was personalized to my goals and not a “one-size fits all” approach to fitness. Therefore, he took the time to learn how my body reacts to variations of exercises, weight, cardio and nutrition. He was able to figure out the right equation for me to achieve my fitness goals. It was definitely a process! Which he let me know in the beginning that there is no quick fix, I have to put in the work, in the gym as well as on my own and to trust the process. Damien has a unique ability to push you during your workouts beyond what you think you are capable of achieving without the unnecessary intense in-your-face yelling like I’ve seen some trainers do. Damien is professional, knowledgeable and his physique, energy and attitude reflects a healthy lifestyle and bear the fruits of an effective exercise regime. After seeing the amount of discipline and hard work that he put into his own personal journey of bodybuilding, I was inspired to compete in my first women’s bikini bodybuilding competition. Training with Damien helped me build a solid foundation to start my journey in bodybuilding. I was very impressed and pleased with my results within a year and a half of training with him and highly recommend him. Damien’s passion and beliefs about health and fitness will give you the confidence to trust the process and believe in yourself!
My experience with TakeFlight Fitness was a success! I was skeptical at first about the goals I wanted to achieve and if they would happen within the 7 sessions that I scheduled. But to my surprise, the sessions with Paul helped me to learn about dieting, staying consistent and keeping positivity that you can always achieve any goal you desire. I didn't think I'd be able to gain any muscle mass and weight but I did and I managed to meet my weight goal of 140. Since then, I've been very consistent in maintaining my diet and sticking to my workout routines at home and in the gym. Everyone in my surroundings have also noticed the improvement in my body structure which lets me know that my experience with TakeFlight is recognized. My biggest take away from training with TakeFlight Fitness is that you have to understand it's not an easy job for fitness and there's a lot of scientific background to know how the body works. However, if you seriously want to change your lifestyle for the better, you'll do whatever is possible to reach that goal.
Julian is fantastic when it comes to training and putting together a customized plan to meet individual needs. He is able to articulate and explain why he is using certain exercises or techniques. I'd highly recommend him!
I've been training with Steve for more than a year. I had a herniated disc before I started training with Steve. Steve has been mindful of my previous injuries and has worked with me to strengthen my core, and my other muscles. In the last year, I feel I have gotten much stronger, and able to endure longer in any strenuous physical activity.
My experience has been positive and effective. Andre Watson is a very dedicated, professional, and motivating trainer. He focuses on making sure that your goals have been achieved. Since I've started training with Mr. Watson I have not only lost 40 pounds but I continue to lose and have become more confident within myself, making sure my goals that I set are seen through and with the help of Mr. Watson services I am seeing results.
I train with Annie three times a week and observed results after the first month! Not only did I drop clothing sizes but I found I had more energy at the end of the day! Annie has a great personality and a beautiful family, I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for that "help from a friend" feel over being put into a cookie cutter training program.
Suzanne is an amazing trainer. I have taken one on one classes with her but my favorite is when she traines my husband and I together. What a workout we get, it has become our Friday date night activity. Just when we think we cannot do one more move she pushes us beyond our limits. My cardio has improved and I now do 'star burpees' for 'fun' One of my goals was to increase my strength and improve my muscle tone and Suzanne helped me achieve that goal. She is very dedicated to her clients and always works with your style while always pushing you to go a little more. I also take Suzanne's bootcamps and they are some of the best workouts I have ever had. Suzanne has made me love working out!!!!
Andrew is knowledgeable, conscientious, and well-attuned to my individual needs and goals. He keeps the workouts challenging, so I have a sense of accomplishment at the end of each one, and I certainly know I have worked my muscles, but he adjusts the work to account for my current fitness level and health. That is what puts the personal in personal training, and Andrew is great at it. I highly recommend him.
I have taken fitness classes with Katy and I am currently training with her one-on-one, once a week. I cannot say enough great things about her. She keeps things moving, she is personable, and you get results. Katy is able to motivate while keeping the atmosphere light, happy, and fun. I always have a post-workout burn and am able to do ab exercises that I couldn't do before! Highly recommend both her fitness classes and personal training. She is always coming up with something new and a new way to challenge my muscles!
I have trained with Adam for a couple of years, and I definitely increased my strength, flexibility, and confidence while working with him. His knowledge of anatomy and movement make his approach uniquely effective for increasing functional strength and mobility. Over the years I've seen him work with beginners and experienced athletes with great results across the spectrum. I would recommend him highly to anyone interested in feeling better, looking better, and gaining confidence through strength and movement training.
