Her classes are great she makes you feel comfortable and when you leave one of her classes you feel more confident and unstoppable. She is definitely one of a kind.

Nicole has an infectious energy, in depth knowledge base and her amazing workout facility Zone 3 is one of the best in the Portland area. Most personal trainers work in a gym or fitness center NOT Courtney, she takes it outside and uses nature to train you. The steeper the hill then youre going up, with a few drop and give me 20 on the way. The bigger the boulder the more reverse pushups. Tell her you dont like to run, youre running and enjoying it! Courtney wants to understand your objectives before she starts working with you to gain a better understanding of your goals, like losing weight or gaining muscle mass. She developed customized exercise plans for me clients based on my goals. These include cardiovascular and weight lifting exercises. During a training session, she is constantly observing your form and capability. Courtney can also give diet and lifestyle suggestions if relevant to your fitness plan. Personally, Courtney is a delight to be with; she is a happy soul, has high energy and is dedicated to achieving your best. I will be returning to her this summer as well.
Mike is a great trainer. He understood from day one what it was that I wanted for my goals and explains why we are doing certain exercises to get me there. He also keeps me level headed at times when I need it most, knowing that this is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix. Mike has a fun and encouraging training style that I know will get me to where I want to be. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and caring trainer to aid them in their fitness goals.

Chris helped me get in the best shape of my life. I worked with him on and off over several years. He listened to me and helped me set goals and acheive them. He always pushed me (in a very positive and safe way) to work harder than I thought I could. I highly recommend him as a trainer.
The service at Mobile Fitness is amazing! It is one of the best gyms I have ever had the pleasure of working out at. As a performer, I had very specific goals to achieve. Thanks to Jeff's help, I was able to work out twice a week with Ryan, one of the trainers on staff at Mobile Fitness. Ryan was a true motivator who made each and every workout one of a kind while still working towards my ultimate fitness goals. Overall, I would highly recommend Mobile Fitness to anyone as they have a wide range of trainers to meet any and everyone's fitness needs! I wouldn't change a thing.
I hired Justin for a fun Bachelorette weekend workout on the beach and it was awesome. He was prepared, organized, and had great energy. He made the workout fun with music and brought all his own equipment. THe workout was great and would definitely recommend him

When you hire me, not only do you get a certified professional, but you also get a caring teacher. When training my clients, they learn why they are doing the exercises so they can remember how to do them on their own in the future. When you hire me, a plan of attack is developed and written out. You get a copy of the workout plans to reference later when you are on your own. All progressions are written down. In this way, we both see how things are going.
