Im a 47 year old mother of 3 teenagers and in May 2014, I was lucky enough to marry the man of my dreams. It wasnt long after I joined Southside Fitness that I met Jaime Berggren. From afar, Id watch her do these intense walking lunges on the treadmill, or confidently overhead-press a pair of impressive dumbbells, and, as often as I could, Id participate in her totally kickass 3rd Degree class. It didnt take me long to figure out that her level of commitment and dedication to herself was exactly what I wanted for myself. I work with Jaime 3x a week and totally love our one-on-one sessions ~ she challenges me to work harder; she has a keen eye on proper form; she holds me accountable both in and out of the gym; and shes a great source for inspiration and information. Since Ive been working with Jaime, I can honestly say that Ive improved my performance as a recreational athlete; my cloths fit much better; Im now an educated food consumer and, best of all, I can wear my 2 piece bathing suit without hesitation. I highly recommend Jaime to anyone who wants to improve their health & fitness!
I started with Intergratred Fitness in March 2014. I have lost better than 35lbs. I have back and muscle problems. I still have pain but my muscles feel strong with all the work I have done. My strength is incredible. I am able to leg press 500 lbs. Now I just need to knuckle down and loose the rest of the weight I need to loose. That is now doable with what I have lost so far. Jon has been a great coach. I actually look forward to going. I have told many people about all the different programs they have. It is not just a place for young jocks. I am 67 yrs.old and I am not the oldest there. I highly recommend Intergratred Fitness and all of the coaches.
Eastern Shore Training is truly the best! I have been working with Rob now for almost 8 months and it has been even better than I could have expected! I really enjoy working with Mike - he made it a priority right from the beginning to understand what my goal is and while training he explains how the exercises are working us toward that goal. He does a great job challenging and pushing me to do my best. I appreciate the variety of what we do since it keeps me focused and interested. He's also shared tips about nutrition, rest and recovery and how the exercises will benefit other areas of my life and overall health. Aside from personal training, Mike also does group classes which are fantastic (hard but effective!). I have really enjoyed the combination of PT and group workouts to help keep me on track.
