During my two years working out with John, he taught me how to get the most out of my strength training and cardio. John is knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. What I most appreciate about John is that he made an effort to know me and what type of workouts I needed to be successful. He made me work hard and once I saw the results I was able to make myself work hard. I moved to Texas five years ago. I keep asking him to move here because I can’t find a quality trainer that kicks my butt like he did. However, because of John’s coaching, I’m able to continue the exercise program I learned from him and maintain the results he helped me create.

I had been into fitness for a long time, but was looking for a challenge and someone who could really help me with my specific goals. I had also been in a bad car accident that affected my form and balance and I was really excited with the fact that John focused on those issues prior to just jumping into a workout. He took the time to get to know my pain points and where I wanted to improve my health and fitness. I saw so much progress even in the first few weeks! And I loved the variety of the program John put together for me. He kept the workouts fun and exciting, yet still challenged me. I have been working with Bennett for about 2 months now and am very happy I contacted him. I am pretty new to fitness and have never been a regular gym goer. I always had some excuse in the past, but I became tired of not having the energy to keep up with my kids. Bennett has helped me with my mindset, confidence and persistence in working toward my fitness goals. I was a bit nervous to contact a personal trainer since I’ve never really gone to the gym with any regularity and didn’t know what to expect (plus Jillian Michaels and trainers like her scare me), but Bennett has been the very opposite of those stereotypical personal trainers. For one, he is an excellent listener and wants to know your goals and your body’s trouble areas. He is careful not to push too hard and is very keen on safety. Most importantly, he does things the right way, with the whole picture of fitness and diet and proper form and safety. He will meet you at whatever stage you are at and work with you to increase your health and fitness. One of his favorite expressions is “For now,” as in “Bennett, I am having a hard time doing this exercise.” “For now,” he’ll say, pointing me toward a fitter future. I see a lot of the reviews are from people who have been working with Bennett for 4+ years, so as a newbie I am speaking to people just now considering (or who have hesitated to consider for whatever reason) working with a personal trainer. Bennett is an excellent person to get you on your way.

Christopher is not only certified with the most up-to-date information in kinesiology and the science behind physical fitness, he knows how to cater this information to each of his clients' needs. He prepares each session to an individual's personal goals, tracking their progress and adjusting to their body's ability; whether that person be a gym novice, an experienced lifter, or persons seeking relief from daily muscle pain. After each session, clients can expect to feel rejuvenated with yes, sore muscles, but higher-self esteem, and a life-time coach in a healthier life-style. Unlike other trainers, who bark and yell at their clients, Christopher pushes clients with positive phrases and high energy. Making clients feel successful, and in good humor. On a personal note. Christopher is a grounded, kind, family man. I know that many women hesitate when hiring a male-trainer, but I would highly recommend him. Chris is an excellent well rounded personal trainer. He is very passionate about what he does and very caring about each individual person he works with. Not only does he provide a good work-out routine (in the gym and homework) but he also provides powerful insights on nutrition to help you get to your goals. Several times I was struggling with life itself so he took the time and talked through these items with me to encourage me, keep me moving forward and keep me motivated with my fitness goals during those hard times. He does a great job providing a wide variety of work-outs so your never bored. Over the past year, I have yet to do a work-out with him that is the same. He has intense hard calorie burning workouts, heavy weight lifting workouts, and area focused workouts that are tailored to your specific goals. Being a tennis competitor I have had to wear a knee brace for the past 4 years. With his strength training program, and working through my knee injuries I have been without a knee brace for 4 months now! On top of that I'm quicker on the court and can really jump up and take tennis balls out of the air for a more aggressive play. Recently I became sectionals tennis champion and am a national qualifier for the Indian Wells tournament. He has gotten me to my goals and so much more! Hands down best personal trainer out there! I worked with Dane for over a year. He is amazing!! I was looking for help increasing my stamina prior to my wedding and then keeping me fit during my pregnancy. We were partners the whole time! He pushed me when I needed to be pushed, he listened to me and modified when I needed to and was ALWAYS supportive. Dane push me to do things I'd never done before (heavy lifting) which I found I really enjoyed. Another thing I liked, was that my session was all about me. I've worked with trainers before that greet you then throw you on the treadmill to warm up or cool down. Not Dane - when it was my time, he expected me to work, which I appreciated. Randall has been my trainer for 6 months. He has helped me to change my life. I finally got to the point where I felt I had to do something about my fitness. Here is a link to what I looked like then: http://goo.gl/S5qvCM I have a sedentary job. I weighed 253 lbs and just simple things like sitting in a coach airplane seat were uncomfortable. I could actually feel the seat handles on both hips as I sat down in the seat. Not only that, but my answer to keeping my clothes fitting was to keep getting larger and larger trouser and suit sizes. The tightness around my waist was the signal that it was time to buy the next larger size of pants. I decided that I needed help and wanted to be healthier. I knew I needed the help of an expert, motivator and teacher. I interviewed Randall - several positive things jumped out immediately: First, his program is science based which means that anything he recommends must be proven to work, Second, Randall could explain complicated concepts to me and through demonstration and patient explanation help me learn. We have been working together the past six months and my results have been extremely positive. I've lost over 30 lbs and instead of going up a pants size, I have been able to drop down two sizes. How did this happen? First of all, Randall and I talked calorie control and put in place a process that I can live with. Second, we have a consistent, sustained exercise program that I am committed to. I know that Randall and I will see each other once a week and I don't want to let him or myself down. In addition, the exercise program is constantly varied between bodyweight, dumbbells, kettelbells, fitness balls, medicine balls and other things that don't let me get bored from week to week. I have been doing hour long sessions twice a week with Randy for about two months now. The focus is on balance, core and strength training. I'm in my 40s, overweight and have some joint issues (including a full knee replacement). Randy is ACE certified and continues to network with other professionals to continue learning more about fitness and the human body. Randy puts this knowledge to work by tailoring every exercise in each workout so they meet my physical needs while still challenging me. In just 8 short weeks I'm down a whole clothing size, but even better - my mobility and stability have increased. Daily tasks are easier to complete and I feel great. Randy comes to me so I can focus on the workout and avoid the stress of working out in a room full of strangers at a gym. Most exercises use my own body weight as resistance, so they require minimal equipment - which Randy provides. Randy is certified, has many years of experience as a personal trainer, has reasonable rates, and he will come to you - with all the equipment needed for the workout. How could you go wrong?
