Personal training has been going really well. I get info on healthy snacks and training plans via email and he checks up on me after workouts to see how I'm feeling. He pushes without being like a drill sergeant.
Philip really listened to me when I told him that I was looking for a more playful workout and help developing body mindfulness. Our workouts range from yoga, to catch, to climbing trees. He really challenges you and yet makes you feel totally at ease. I'm very grateful to have found him!

I chose Susan a while ago to help me get on track. I'm a 42 year old mother of three and had gone through some intense stress in the past 8 months.
