Before I used Eric's services and in-depth knowledge for my gains, I was your typical female who suffered with bloating and living with it, eating far too much protein and thinking I was being good and just overweight, unhappy and unhealthy without even knowing it! What do I mean? Well, I was going to the gym 4/5x's a week, eating salads and chicken and thinking this was enough to be super fit and healthy. Well I was wrong. I found Eric through Instagram and was intrigued with the work he had been doing with another female and seeing the results she was getting from her "Coach". Eric spent an hour of his time initially for free to consult with me over lifestyle, food choices, sleeping and toilet habits, all the things any professional I spoke to (not even my doctor) didn't bother to ask me! Eventually from the questionnaire that is very detailed and all about you as an individual (not generic), Eric was able to get to the bottom of why I wasn't losing weight, why I was holding onto so much water weight and generally why I was not seeing results from my endless stressful gym sessions and "healthy eating". He recommended lifestyle changes and supplements to help aid my path to a fitter, healthier lifestyle that I am now in control of and managing well given all the knowledge I gained from Eric. I can not stress enough how smart, knowledgeable Eric is about the human body, how he loves to share his knowledge and is SO passionate about helping you become the best version of you. I learnt more than I ever bargained for thanks to Eric.

Joan cooks 4 meals a week for 3 of us. She is very personable and flexible and is a great cook! Love the homecooked meals for our busy house. Overall, this is worth it financially because it costs less than when we were buying groceries and eating out more.
