I had a GREAT experience working with Max. Starting out, he made it a point to ensure he understood my primary goals for these training sessions, and he designed workouts to help me meet those goals. I was rehabbing from knee surgery and having a difficult time gaining leg strength back on my own. Max developed creative and effective workouts to help me gain strength back in my injured leg. During the sessions he was extremely motivating and encouraging. I was a little intimidated at first about starting personal training, but Max's friendly and encouraging demeanor made me feel right at home at the gym. In addition to Max's skill as a personal trainer, he is a joy to be around. He is incredibly friendly and carries on conversation throughout the entire session, which is a nice distraction from the difficult workouts! Max is both his name and his level of awesomeness! :)

I've had many trainers over the years and Elton is as good or better than any! He is extremely caring, calm, helpful and knowledgeable. His attention to your personal needs and goals is informative and productive. Very few trainers will go out of the way for their clients like Elton does and he is very affordable compared to other personal trainers.

My husband and I hired Eric to be our personal trainer. We both HATE working out but thought we would give it one more try. Before we even got started Eric went over our health history and insisted I check with my doctor to find out how much resistance training would be safe for me. Eric took his time explaining each equipment and watched us carefully to make sure we were doing it correctly. He was both professional and "fun" to work with. My husband and I would recommend Eric to anyone wanting a great experience with a personal trainer.

At 40, I made a commitment this year to invest in my health so that I can be around a lot longer for my 3 kids. 2 years removed from knee surgery, with nerve damage in my elbow, and a bit overweight and definitely out of shape, I was struggling to put in the work required to get myself back into good physical condition on my own at my local gym. I was completely lacking motivation and was out of the practice of pushing myself physically. I've been with a personal trainer before and didn't find that the value exceeded the cost, so I was definitely hesitant to try it again. You feel a little sticker shock with personal trainers until you break it down to how much a session actually costs and also realize how much you spent on crap that had no lasting benefit. That all said, I took a shot with Bryant. The value was noticed within the first week. Bryant has a special talent for knowing when you're being blocked physically and being blocked mentally. When it's physical, he will switch gears or pull back just enough so that you get the work in and break that sweat and burn those calories. When it's mental, he has tricks to get you over that mental hurdle and break that personal best. He also has nutrition advice and checks your weight and measurements to make sure you are staying on track. I went a little overboard on my vacation. We worked it out ;) I'm down 15lbs (first time I've been under 200lbs since college), dropped 3 waist sizes and I can feel strength coming back to me and my endurance has improved dramatically in 3 short months. I feel great both mentally and physically. Lastly, it's been fun. Bryant has a great personality and although he makes sure you put in the work, we have some laughs too. I'm really glad I took the leap and chose Bryant. I'm getting great results and I look forward to continuing my training with him.

Without question, DeMarcus Brooks is by far the best personal trainer with whom I have worked. Demarcus designed a personal training regimen specifically tailored to my goals and fitness interests (i.e., strength training and endurance for the tennis court with collateral benefit of weight loss). He introduced me to a variety of exercises instructed me on the proper use of fitness machines and free weights. He stressed concentration in good form to avoid injuries and the most efficiently build strength and fitness. Following Demarcus’ moveto Raleigh, I worked with other trainers in Atlanta. None of them were his class. Fortunately, his excellent tutelage has allowed me to continue my fitness goals on my own. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a fitness coach.

I had Derrick as my personal trainer for roughly a year or so when I was 18 years old. I had no knowledge regarding physical training despite being psychically active and playing sports growing up. Derrick took me to that next level. Wanting to gain muscle, overall size, and general knowledge, Derrick offered all the pieces to do so. He covered proper eating & diet habits, proper form when working out, and explained the many exercises to help me achieve my goals. Three years later now, I can thank Derrick for creating that solid foundation which has led to my passion for fitness.

When I set out to find options for exercise and a life adjustment I originally went to fitness centers. I came across BodyByCheeko online. I set up and appointment and immediately decided this would be my trainer. He listened to what I was looking to accomplish and also told me what I would need to do to accomplish that. He also did a 30 minute workout with me at the first visit. He has been my trainer since May 2013. 2 THUMBS UP

I wasn’t sure about getting a personal trainer but I’m glad I did. Pat pushes me to keep going and he wants me to reach my goal as much as I want to reach it. One hour at the gym with him and I was training harder than I have in years. He doesn’t sugar coat anything and it’s not going to be easy but it’s worth it

After years of going to gyms, and engaging their personal trainers, we have finally found someone who really created an individualized program for us! Paul is terrific! He listened to our goals, and created programs to suit our ages. He is always on time, professional and if he thinks he might be a minute late, he calls. He encourages us, makes the workouts fun and is creative with the exercises. We can't say enough positive about Paul and his programs!!! HIGHLY recommended!

Trevor was very friendly and cooperative throughout the whole experience. The extra effort he put into my personalized plans given some physical restrictions definitely made me feel valued and cared for. I can tell he treats all of him clients with respect and pretty much as a part of his family. The best part is defintely his overall communication after the workout plan was made to keep me inspired and to truly become invested in my journey towards a healthy life.

Darius was my trainer for 6 months and helped me jumpstart getting back to a regular fitness routine.     my husband is eighty-four in general good health (but for late-onset diabetes 2 and heart problems (well-controlled by stents and a pacemaker--his cardiologist at Duke is one of the best). But he needs to build up some muscle in his arms and kegs. He is tall--6'7"--and carrying around his body is tiring. He would like to be able to get out of the bathtub without my help, etc. He needs more flexibility in his upper body and neck.
