Ann H. says, "During the recent cold snap, our hot water stopped working. I put out requests from several plumber/hot water heater repair services. A man named AirForce responded quickly. He came by the next morning braving the icy roads, to help us. AirForce was very knowledgeable and was considerate about my tight budget. He fixed the problem promptly even though he had to make a couple of trips to pick up parts. I highly recommend NADI Plumbing and Drain and will definitely contact them again the next time I need help!"See more

He went under the house to check the drain pipe from the bathtub. He took pictures of the problem. Wacky pvc joints the made the water drain uphill into the cast iron pipe! He did snake out the pipe so tub is draining well now but he did explain that it would, at some point, reclog. He is going to send me an estimate of the repair. In addition, they replaced my garbage disposal and repaired an inherited damaged under sink cabinet. For the master bathroom, they were very knowledgeable and provided recommendations with the design and budget in mind. Wilson was on time through out the process. For the sink, Fernando replaced my leaky garbage disposal in a timely matter. He even came back when I saw a leak. He discovered my faucet was causing the leak in which it has sealed. They later came back to repair the bottom of the cabinet per my inquiry. I was saved from buying a new cabinet. I enjoy working with them as they are preofessional and personable."See more

Tim M. says, "A slow draining kitchen sink became a Clogged Kitchen drain on the evening before THANKSGIVING! (of course right?) Anton responded immediately and said he would be out at 9AM on Thanksgiving. He and Chris were awesome. Was a tricky clog but they eventually got it and the water went down. Couldn't have been nicer. Knew what they were doing. Very respectful of the house taking care not to damage anything. Both were great guys and they literally saved our Thanksgiving with a house full of relatives! I initially had another overpriced plumbing company look at some work at one house to clear a sink and laundry drain line about a day ago. I politely asked them to leave because the quotes they provided were outrageous. Had hired another drain company yesterday that came out to attempt to clear a clog without fully testing it. I'm now requesting a refund from that other company. They left without checking their work and didn't bother telling anyone they were done. The very next morning, the resident at this house complained that they couldn't do laundry. ******************************************************************** Action Items| Why I hired COOKes | If there is a 10-star rating system, I would certainly rate this business at that level! Would also choose all 5 values above. I hired this plumber for one job: replacing a spigot at a house. He quoted me a fair price over the phone. While he was finishing the first job to replace a spigot, I had asked him to check out an issue with another property. That is to check a Kitchen sink issue and a drain problem in the laundry room as described above. ********************************Outcome******************* He promptly addressed those issues, conducted a root cause analysis, and took the necessary steps to ensure the work was completed and tested correctly. They went above and beyond to ensure the residents at both locations were well cared for! ****Exceptional customer service! ****Exceptional work quality! ****Fair & honest pricing! ****Great communication throughout the repair process! You can’t go wrong with any of the above, and it's fair to say that the traits & core values exhibited above are rare nowadays. We will certainly continue using this company for plumbing work and have added them to our vendors list."See more
