I have not started training as of yet with borock I've only had my consultation, but I think this is the place for me to finally accomplish my weight loss goals! I can't wait to become apart of the the Borock training team!!!
Mr Reed,is well qualified to do his job;he shows a great deal of compassion for his work ensuring his clients received the very best that he has to offer. Mr Reed is skillful,professional,interactive and punctual,the exercise packages that he offers are of great value.It's a pleasure having him as my instructor. When researching for Personal Trainers,I never thought I would gain such an experienced caring individual,he has been doing corrective exercises with me for a month now and I have improved considerably.I struck "Gold",finding this young man.I'm extremely grateful. I am making these ,statements,bc I'm a professional person,just retired from the Health Care Field a year n a half ago,as a Licensed PTA Assistant,so I have a great deal of experience working with patients doing strength training exercises and walking. I have known and worked with Hugo Nolasco for quite a long time and his drive, motivation, and overall work ethic is amazing. He is foundationally sound as a person which shows in his training and professionalism. These are qualities to look for when working with someone to improve your health, fitness, and well being. Nolasco Fitness is an awesome outlet to getting fit and staying fit, but also growing in general.
Contacting Sherry is the best decision I've made in a long while. I have steered away from a fitness routine for several years -- I've had some previous injuries and poor training experiences. But Sherry has coupled her extensive knowledge of physical training and nutrition with excellent and compassionate motivation. She is respectful of my current level of fitness and models my routine with my goals in mind. I absolutely love the small space -- so much better for me than a huge gym. I'm seeing results after only a few sessions -- and my husband has even noticed :)
No matter which workout time you select or which trainer is teaching the class, the workouts are always great. It also doesn't matter what your prior fitness level, all classes will push you to the next level.
Ishmael started training with me after I had become very out of shape and overweight. I had no motivation to work out until I started training with him. His style of training was extremely effective in motivating me to work hard at the gym. Since training with him I have found a new passion in working out. Ishmael also developed a diet plan for me that actually works. It's strict a diet plan but it's easy to follow and has resulted in rapid weight loss. Ishmael is not only a great fitness trainer but is also very knowledgeable in nutrition. Ishmael is an excellent motivator and truly cares about the people he is training.
Candice has been training me for six months and has helped me meet my goals of losing five to ten pounds and toning different areas of my body. She has incorporated exercises into my routines that has also helped me strengthen my core and balance. Candice made me comfortable the first time I met with her. She was interested in my goals and did not try to intimidate me with an exercise program that would scare me away. She is very knowledgeable about how exercise and eating work together and shares all information to help meet goals. I will continue to work with Candice to maintain and maybe improve on my goals.
Jay always makes sure to thoroughly explain each step of the workout, he takes times to cater to my needs and is patient. Jay's schedule is always flexible which is great for my busy lifestyle, and he never makes me feel rushed during our workout sessions. I always leave feeling like I've accomplished something and I'm one step closer to my goal! He always works out beside me so it doesn't feel like he's just standing around watching over me like most trainers do. He truly gives you a great experience!

I am training with Erik Pedrow and believe he is one of the most committed and gifted trainers around. Fitness is a passion for Erik; and it's infectious. He is college educated, smart, and keeps up with the latest in physiology and nutritional research. Erik has a keen talent for transforming his knowledge of hard science into an effective, challenging, and fun program that is geared just for you. Erik took note my goals, likes, dislikes, and current physical ability to create a customized strength building and workout program. I believe that without Erik's 1-on-1 training I would not have progressed as quickly and safely as with a one-size-fits-all program found at other gyms. Erik keeps me motivated and moving in the right direction to achieve my fitness and strength goals. Erik trains his clients at Masters Gym which is an awesome "urban" gym with an unbelievable sound system that makes workouts fun!
I started about a month ago and it’s been an amazing experience. I already notice a lot of transformation in my body and it feels great! The trainer is very patient and friendly. He understands my needs and preferences and trains accordingly. I would definitely recommend to anyone whose looking for some serious fitness and training.
Jay is truly an excellent trainer that focuses on total body conditioning. The results I have achieved are largely due to Jay’s combination of challenging, diverse and fully customized training programs. Jay is definitely one of the best trainers in Charlotte, NC. I loved being trained by Elizabeth. She is super encouraging and knowledgeable about health and fitness. She is able to push you to go beyond what you think you're capable of while making sure you're never sacrificing proper form. I was a runner for a few years before training with Elizabeth but she really taught me the importance of strength training and variety in my workouts. Whether you're just beginning or have been working out for a while, she will structure the workouts to meet your fitness level and help you reach your goals. She's the best, you won't be disappointed!
Sydney is a great trainer! Her athletic background always has her paying attention to my form and making sure I don’t do anything to hurt myself. She really knows her fitness and has tons of knowledge in the field. Not only does she know the body and fitness but she also knows nutrition. Her knowledge of nutrition alone has helped me tremendously!
Joel and his staff has your back... there is a huge difference between a fitness coach and a life/fitness coach.
