Latest Review: I started personal training with Kate in January of 2015. I had always been decently active. However, after having a baby, I was not in great shape. I had about 65 pounds to lose and was sick of fad diets and workouts. Kate completely change my relationship with food but also my personal outlook on fitness. I have never been a lifter. Or even someone who pushes too hard in a gym setting. Just after a few weeks with Kate I found myself down a few pounds and inches. Most importantly, I was actually working out properly-- lifting, interval training-- at a level that was pushing me to better myself. I had a solid understanding of form and technique. This was the first time in over a year I was making ACTUAL progress. Seeing results. And I never looked back... After 6 months of training I was down 40 pounds and tens of inches. Kate was able to completely revamp my outlook on food and nutrition. It's not a diet now, it's a change of lifestyle. She taught me all I needed to know to be able to eventually spread my wings and join a gym. Successfully translating our workouts to a public setting. The confidence I've gained is priceless. I am down a total of 55+ pounds with just a few more to go to reach my goal. Because of Kate, I'm able to succeed in reaching that goal and doing it mostly on my own. Something I would have never been able to do previously. A year training with her changed me forever! I cannot say enough great things about my experience! I've never been in this great of shape, had this amazing confidence, nor understanding of how to feed not only me but my family! I'm a better mom, wife, and friend because of it! I'm eternally grateful!
