Contacting Sherry is the best decision I've made in a long while. I have steered away from a fitness routine for several years -- I've had some previous injuries and poor training experiences. But Sherry has coupled her extensive knowledge of physical training and nutrition with excellent and compassionate motivation. She is respectful of my current level of fitness and models my routine with my goals in mind. I absolutely love the small space -- so much better for me than a huge gym. I'm seeing results after only a few sessions -- and my husband has even noticed :)
I've been working out with Daniel for nearly four years and his classes have completely changed how I approach fitness and my personal training. Ishmael started training with me after I had become very out of shape and overweight. I had no motivation to work out until I started training with him. His style of training was extremely effective in motivating me to work hard at the gym. Since training with him I have found a new passion in working out. Ishmael also developed a diet plan for me that actually works. It's strict a diet plan but it's easy to follow and has resulted in rapid weight loss. Ishmael is not only a great fitness trainer but is also very knowledgeable in nutrition. Ishmael is an excellent motivator and truly cares about the people he is training.

I am training with Erik Pedrow and believe he is one of the most committed and gifted trainers around. Fitness is a passion for Erik; and it's infectious. He is college educated, smart, and keeps up with the latest in physiology and nutritional research. Erik has a keen talent for transforming his knowledge of hard science into an effective, challenging, and fun program that is geared just for you. Erik took note my goals, likes, dislikes, and current physical ability to create a customized strength building and workout program. I believe that without Erik's 1-on-1 training I would not have progressed as quickly and safely as with a one-size-fits-all program found at other gyms. Erik keeps me motivated and moving in the right direction to achieve my fitness and strength goals. Erik trains his clients at Masters Gym which is an awesome "urban" gym with an unbelievable sound system that makes workouts fun!

After trying a few home workout programs with average results, I knew I needed to make a serious commitment to my fitness with a personal trainer. While many people are looking to drop weight, I always struggled to add muscle to my body and obviously didn't know how to do it correctly. I can distinctly remember the first day I met with Rick. We sat down and I explained my goals and a serious back injury I had in the past. Lucky for me, he had the same injury and knew exactly how to remain pain free with safe exercises and proper form. We started the following week and couldn't be happier with my results. In about 4 months time, I was able to add 17 lbs of muscle and my body fat remained essentially the same. The muscle we added was such a boost to my confidence and it just built excitement to get back in the gym to train with Rick. There are so many things to like about Rick's approach to training. He explains why you're doing each movement, which body part it works and he is a stickler for proper form. No cheat reps are allowed! He also has a great blend of letting you work through your struggles but also giving you a pep talk exactly when it's needed. Make no mistake, it was far from easy - we worked chest, arms, back, abs, legs and Rick always knew when to vary the exercises to give my body the jolt it needed in order to not plateau. Plain and simple, Rick is a great trainer and you'd be making a great decision to work with him.
Training sessions were always rigorous, exciting and well adapted to my individual needs. They started at the annouced time and I felt like she used each minute we had together to help me with my physical fitness and form. She also designed workouts to achieve a total body workout instead of just working on one area. I was very pleased with her professionalism and dedication. Sydney is a great trainer! Her athletic background always has her paying attention to my form and making sure I don’t do anything to hurt myself. She really knows her fitness and has tons of knowledge in the field. Not only does she know the body and fitness but she also knows nutrition.
