My hubby and I were looking to get back in shape and found Maxfit personal training. We started working out with Kris over a month ago, and it has been one of the best decisions. Kris helped us understand what needs to be done and the personal workout sessions with him are so much fun! He motivates you to do your best and always pushes you to do cardio! We are already seeing positive results of our efforts with Kris and so encouraged by the guidance being provided by him. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to improve their physical fitness and be more active.
I've had many trainers over the years and Elton is as good or better than any! He is extremely caring, calm, helpful and knowledgeable. His attention to your personal needs and goals is informative and productive. Very few trainers will go out of the way for their clients like Elton does and he is very affordable compared to other personal trainers.
Trifecta Studio/Energy Dynamic trainer John Driver is truly dedicated to seeing his clients meet their needs. He keeps the workouts challenge but fun. The entire atmosphere is great. Not only Mr. Driver, but all is the trainers at the facility are encouraging and supportive. I definitely recommend John Driver as your personal trainer if you are interested in improving your overall health and happiness!
GREAT personal trainer! He knows what he is doing but doesn’t make everything too serious, you’ll laugh a lot throughout your sessions. I have only been to training sessions for less than a month but can see (and feel) results. Mason really looks out for the best in his clients.

Channel is a wonderful personal trainer. I enlisted her services because I have arthritis and had several surgeries on my right leg. I lost a lot of flexibility and movement,. It have been only a week and I have notice a lot more flexibility in my movements and having less inflammation in my joints.
Ashley is simply amazing. I've only been working out with her for a few weeks, but I have gained a huge support system. She's someone I can text out of the blue for advice or questions related to health and fitness. I also love the fact her workouts are challenging and that she keeps any injuries in mind when creating them. Her personal weight loss journey is very inspiring. She's someone who is relatable and understands the challenges that come along with attempting a life change like weight loss. Lastly, Ashley was able to work with my current limited budget. She created a customized plan that worked for the both of us and for that, I am truly grateful. I'm looking forward to continuing this journey with her.
When I set out to find options for exercise and a life adjustment I originally went to fitness centers. I came across BodyByCheeko online. I set up and appointment and immediately decided this would be my trainer. He listened to what I was looking to accomplish and also told me what I would need to do to accomplish that. He also did a 30 minute workout with me at the first visit. He has been my trainer since May 2013. 2 THUMBS UP
