I began running and doing personal training with Thad in September of 2010. I was referred to Thad by a very accomplished collegiate runner and local high school cross country coach. She knew a lot of personal trainers in town and she thought that Thad would be a good fit for me. She was right! I must say that that I was a little apprehensive about working out with a running coach and personal trainer. After all, I was new to running and frankly, out of shape. I soon found out that Thad works with people of all abilities and was excited to help me reach my fitness goals. I am currently on my 3rd 1/2 marathon training plan with Thad. His training plans are designed to prevent injury and make you a stronger and better runner. I have been very satisfied with my progress over the last year. I am also impressed with Thad's knowledge of nutrition and physiology. He has written various articles about good nutrition and great recipes which can be found on his website. Thad's website also has several articles about injury prevention. Thad's personal training workouts are designed to use all muscle groups which help with strength, balance and stability. I personally like the fact that he also does periodic training assessments that help you measure how you are progressing with your fitness goals. If you are looking for a very nice, educated, experienced personal trainer/running coach who is reliable and will design a program based on YOUR individual needs, then Thad is your guy.

I met Jamell almost 2 years ago when I was looking to shed a few pounds before my wedding. Jamell helped me learn my body type and what I needed to do in order to shed the pounds. He also helped me learn what foods where essential in my diet. He wanted me to not only learn how to lose weight but he taught me things I could do to keep the weight off. Jamell pushed me hard and encouraged me along the way and before I knew it the pounds we flying off. After getting married I became pregnant and Jamell and his team continued to work with me so that I could continue to be fit and healthy during my pregnancy. This was my first pregnancy and I had very little discomfort during my pregnancy and I credit Jamell and his team. They provided me with safe pregnant workout routines and breathing techniques. After I had my daughter I went back to my prepregnancy weight within 2 months and there's no doubt in my mind that it was all because of my workout routines I did while pregnant. I continue to work out with Jamell in my continued journey to tone and become healthier. Mr. Lake (Kellen) is the greatest personal trainer! Mr. Lake comes to my home for my sessions and that's something I really wanted because It's where I feel comfortable. He Is everything that I needed and wanted in a trainer. I know that If your working with him he is going to be committed to the results you asked for, even if you forget what you asked for or want to give up. I've talked to a lot of trainers and I've tried out a few and it never worked out because I gave up so they gave up also Mr. Lake does not give up. He has willpower and dedication that I don't possess and I know he has that for all his clients. He cares and he's there for the long road ahead. He loves helping people and that makes him very different he's one of a kind.
Rudy was the first trainer I had ever worked with - my introduction to training, you might say. The first time we met he asked my goals, and then set a training objective for me that right off the bat I had zero faith I could ever achieve, but was ecstatic that he thought I could do it. Turns out he was right, and I've never felt so accomplished in my life. Rudy was amazing in pushing me to do things past what I thought were my limits, yet didn't let me get discouraged by failing. He knew my strengths/weaknesses and planned workouts to help me improve - always showing me I could do more than I thought - much, much more. He never let me slack, but it was also never a beat-down. The workouts were varied so it was never the same, dull pushing weights and counting reps. He used a wide range of methods and always explained how they would help my strength/agility/coordination/endurance/etc. Not only that, but when I could no longer train with Rudy, he made sure to pair me with a trainer that would be compatible to my needs. He even went over my goals, strengths/weaknesses, and other insights with the new trainer to make sure I would stay on track with what I was trying to accomplish. Working with Rudy gave me confidence in myself. He went above and beyond, and I will always be grateful for that.
Paul is very supportive and the workouts are efficient and effective. He has done an excellent job with educating me on the correct way to use equipment at the gym as well as healthy eating habits. Over the past year I have changed my life style and I look forward working out now.

Jason is very patience and willing to work with you at any level. I liked that he was flexible with changing his program/regime if I personally had an issue with it.
