Mike is an AWESOME personal trainer. He works around your schedule and very flexible. He is willing to travel to you and that was a plus. We would have our sessions at my apartment gym. Mike is also great with nutrition advice. He got me on the right track and I know if there was anything I had a question about he would steer me in the right direction. Definitely a great investment and will be continuing to work with him to reach my goals.

Courtney tailors each workout to reach your goals whether that is to increase cardio endurance and/or to become more toned. He's flexible with his schedule and easy to work with in additional to assisting with healthy meal planning. I have seen a difference is my physical appearance, energy, and strength. I would fully recommend him because he is a great personal trainer.

Mr Reed,is well qualified to do his job;he shows a great deal of compassion for his work ensuring his clients received the very best that he has to offer. Mr Reed is skillful,professional,interactive and punctual,the exercise packages that he offers are of great value.It's a pleasure having him as my instructor. When researching for Personal Trainers,I never thought I would gain such an experienced caring individual,he has been doing corrective exercises with me for a month now and I have improved considerably.I struck "Gold",finding this young man.I'm extremely grateful. I am making these ,statements,bc I'm a professional person,just retired from the Health Care Field a year n a half ago,as a Licensed PTA Assistant,so I have a great deal of experience working with patients doing strength training exercises and walking. Patience is the key along with Words of Encouragement he gave me that and more.I also learned a lot from him in the past several weeks and Yes I would, highly recommend Mr Reed as a Personal Trainer!!!

I've currently been working with Chuck and he is fun and very informative. I can see a change in my strength and he's very prodcutive when it comes to workout plans! Not just running on the treadmill like most trainers, he actually gives you a full body workout every time.

I met Hugo when he was a personal trainer at Equinox in FIDI, New York. He's really kind person and takes your personal well-being as well as physical fitness very seriously. During this time, I was going through a number of work-related issues and Hugo was always a great listener and was able to offer some insightful advice. Highly recommended if you need a trainer who is knowledgeable, fun to work out with, and super smart at the same time.

I have been visiting Edge for personal training/ group classes for about the last 6 months. I highly recommend the gym for those looking to train with individualized support and attention. The gym has clients that have been training with the owner, Daniel, over the years, giving it a more personal feel. Conveniently located right outside of Uptown, Edge Fitness has an open floor plan (think former warehouse space), with all the equipment neatly laid out (weights, cardio, boxing etc). Classes and personal training sessions push you, regardless of your fitness level. Tip: Purchasing training classes also gives you access to gym facilities outside of your training sessions.

Ishmael started training with me after I had become very out of shape and overweight. I had no motivation to work out until I started training with him. His style of training was extremely effective in motivating me to work hard at the gym. Since training with him I have found a new passion in working out. Ishmael also developed a diet plan for me that actually works. It's strict a diet plan but it's easy to follow and has resulted in rapid weight loss. Ishmael is not only a great fitness trainer but is also very knowledgeable in nutrition. Ishmael is an excellent motivator and truly cares about the people he is training.

I've been working with Candice since January. This is my first experience with a personal trainer and it's been excellent. When we started I had back issues and she thoroughly research my problem and to determine the best program to strengthen my back and to be sure we didn't do anything to harm it. I also wanted to improve my golf game and she researched and incorporated exercises into our program for that as well. My back feels so much better and I played two rounds of pretty good golf this weekend! She is extremely conscience, reliable and flexible and she really does her homework. She documents every session to determine progress and she is always positive, encouraging and complimentary on a job well done. She actually makes our sessions fun! I would not hesitate to recommend Candice and actually have already done so with friends.

Jay always makes sure to thoroughly explain each step of the workout, he takes times to cater to my needs and is patient. Jay's schedule is always flexible which is great for my busy lifestyle, and he never makes me feel rushed during our workout sessions. I heard about Erik's Fitness from a friend of mine so I decided to try it out. At first, I didn't know what my level of commitment would be, but after the first few sessions, I began feeling so fantastic afterwards that I knew I was hooked. I never thought about personal training, thinking that I could do it all myself, but Erik showed me that there is so much more to a work out than anything an internet routine can provide. Not only do I see the results I was hoping for, but I can feel that my body is more balanced and working at a higher capacity than it did before. Erik's knowledge of fitness, and his enthusiasm to see you succeed inspires you to work your hardest and keeps you looking and feeling great. In the last 10+ years, Sydney is the only coach/trainer that I have found with dynamic range, sensitivity, genuine respect, and awareness to cater her training, whether you're a competitive athlete or just trying to get back in shape. She deeply cares about helping people get better/healthier, but she doesn't force it. She has helped me figure out what I want, rather than what she wants, which is rare in this industry where it's easy to cop-out and say, "take a few vitamins, do horrible workouts, juice cleanse, and you'll be fine." The list is endless, but I can't say enough about what a great trainer she is, and an even better person.

I've had a great experience with this service! It's given me access to a professional trainer at an affordable price, and I've gotten the best results so far because the workouts are specifically designed for me. Also, I love the flexibility to be able to complete the workouts when it fits my schedule. Joel knows his stuff too. He's got tons of knowledge and background in health and fitness and is always available if I need adjustments made to my workouts, or even a motivational lift. I'd recommend him to anyone.
