Latest Review: Previous to working with Jeff, I had no idea what to do at the gym. I had never “worked out” other than the occasional jog or yoga class. My first time at the gym by myself I was terrified of the equipment and didn’t want to look like an idiot so I just ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes, got tired and went home.
The first session I had with Jeff, he kicked my ass. I don’t think I have ever been as sore after a work out. I was sweating like I was in a sauna and in pain, but it felt amazing. And after a few months I started to notice real change. I could use the 15lb weights instead of the 10lb, I could push myself further than I had before and I had confidence in myself. Jeff taught me the reasoning behind the circuits we were doing and how it would benifit me. I gained muscle and finally feel good about the shape I’m in.
I highly recommend Jeff if it’s your first time at the gym, or if you’re looking to up your game and get better. He knows what he’s doing and can do it in a way that prevents injury. Also he’s hilarious and awesome to hang out with at the gym!
