Really happy with my decision to go with Andrew as my trainer. He's professional and patient but not afraid to push you to do your best. Every session is a new challenge and it's obvious he puts a lot of time and effort into each of his clients' workout plans.
Amanda is a wonderful personal trainer! Right off the bat she asked me what my goals were and personalized a program special to my needs. Throughout my weightloss journey she has been so supportive and encouraging but still made me challenge myself. Ive become stronger and more happy with myself and my body than I ever thought I could be! Amanda has helped me lose 20 pounds so far And hopefully more to come.

Logan is an excellent personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable and punctual. He has worked with me for a few years and I have become stronger and more flexible since working with him. Also, he has had to tailor the workouts for some injuries that I have had and he makes sure I am doing them correctly, so I don't hurt myself. Although the workouts are tough, he makes it fun too. I would recommend him to anyone.
I've always had a hard time staying motivated, and usually stop with a training program a couple months in. I've been working with April for almost three (maybe four?) years now and am still loving it. My trainer, the program, the girls I work out with, everyone is great!
Jeff is a fantastic personal trainer! His workouts are always challenging and get your heart pumping but even better, he listens and makes modifications if there's an injury or range of motion issue. He cares about his clients and always goes above and beyond to make sure you workout experience is a great one!
MinDee has been my trainer for a little over a year. Her encouragement and support has not only helped me shed pounds, but I have never felt better! I was pretty pathetic when I started, but MinDee gave me the appropriate accommodations so I could learn the cross fit moves correctly and still get a quality workout. I'd highly recommend MinDee as your personal trainer!

I trained with Kelly for 3 months. In that time I increased my 1Rep Max of my bench press by 110lbs, my back squat by 45lbs, my shoulder press by 20lbs, and I can now do strict pull ups without assistance! I also decreased my body fat percentage by 8%! Kelly taught me how to eat well as a lifestyle choice instead of a "diet". She also provided me with copies of everything we did together (wgts, reps, workouts, etc) so now I feel very confident going to the gym on my own and programming my own workouts! Kelly is an excellent trainer. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their personal trainer! - Lenard Stadum
Lindy is an awesome trainer & fitness guru! I have trained with Lindy for many years and am still amazed at her excitement for helping people to achieve their fitness goals and to be stronger, healthier individuals. She is extremely knowledgable in all things fitness and goes the extra mile with her clients by providing healthy recipes, inspirational quotes and lots of great advice/tips. I signed up with Scott for Amazing 12. My daughter has been working with Scott for several years and persuaded me to do A12. I am 53 and haven't worked out for a long time. After 12 weeks I lost 24 pounds, gained a lot of muscle, quit snoring and am in the best shape I have been in many years. It was an awesome experience and would highly recommend it. I've known Sara Lee for about a year and half now, as a fellow athlete. In that time, I've seen her achieve MSIC rank (Master of Sport International Class) in kettlebell sport, become a certified personal trainer, bring great fitness results to others and organize and implement a multi-level international training resource for kettlebell sport lifters. Sara is enthusiastic, supportive, knowledgeable and very professional. She also has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to work with!

I have worked out at multiple gyms, and with multiple different trainers over the years. I must say, my experience with Lance and Real Fit has been unmatched! Not only have I seen results, but for the first time, I am truly excited to go to the gym! The workouts are completely catered to me, and what my body needs. Not to mention, they're fun, and I feel myself getting stronger! In the past, it was difficult for me to find a personal trainer that didn't make me feel judged or unknowledgeable. That is NOT the case with Lance & Real Fit. Even though I felt like a beginner, I was never treated like one. I was never made to feel stupid or out of my element, even though I had not been at the gym for a year prior to starting with Lance. If you want to train with someone who is highly knowledgeable, motivational, fun, and non judgemental, this is the place to be! I would be very comfortable recommending personal training from Lance and Real Fit to strangers as well as those that I know and love!
