Utterly Elegant weddings did an amazing job with our wedding. They started working with us 4weeks before our wedding day. They worked with our wedding vendors with all the details, when and where to set up and coordinated with our wedding reception venue. Plus, they coordinated all the bridal party and also set up place cards for all our guests. Packed all our gifts and belongings in a safe place till the reception was done. Pretty much they made our wedding day perfect especially when we thought we would not need a wedding day coordinator. It was the best investment we ever made. They gave us the chance to enjoy our wedding day. Thanks again.
Mizdi was awesome in organizing and decorating for my the video premiere of my single “Burn Easy” at Le Poisson Rouge last Summer. It was an “Island” themed event in which everything was perfectly detailed from the table fixtures to the specialty cocktail named “The Burn Easy”. The party was a success and I was extremely happy with her work! I highly recommend MIZDI!!!
For my sister's (Rose)wedding I had the opportunity to work with Marianna from Elusions event planning. Marianna provided quality service from the moment she was contracted. She was available to work with the bridal party during rehearsal and the day of the wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure that the bride was calm. Lauren and Justine made not only the day of the wedding run without any faults, but also the weeks leading up to it. From the first planning meeting with Lauren, it was evident to me that the wedding was in superbly capable hands. She took over communication with the vendors and confirmed every single moving part of the wedding to create a master schedule, and then check in every step of the way to be sure that everyone was aware of the scheduling and to get live updates on the status of the schedule. Her organization made it simple for us to understand what tasks we had left to do and clearly showed a plan to execute all outstanding items. I wasn't worried about forgetting any details because I knew Lauren had them all handled and would also check all of them with us while adding her experienced suggestions. On the day of the wedding, Lauren and Justine went beyond my imagination in how proactive, cheerful, helpful, and all around amazing they were. Lauren cued each parent and bridesmaid when to walk down the aisle in the ceremony. Justine communicated with our reception venue and helped set it up while the ceremony was ongoing. At the end of the night, Justine was able to pack up all items and make sure everything we needed to return to us got back to us that evening safely. There was no stress in either getting what we needed to the venue or taking everything back home. Due to Lauren's organization with her pack lists prior to the wedding and Justine's meticulousness, there was nothing in question for us. Hiring Lauren was our best wedding decision - we can't have imagined our day running so seamlessly without her and her team. Any prospective couples out there should get their dates on Lauren's calendar and rest assured that their day will run perfectly. We had the most magical day, and not once were we concerned about any planning details. Our vendors, bridal party, and guests noted how organized and smooth the event ran, all thanks to YWbL!
I hired Lamide for day of coordination for my daughter’s bridal shower. She was very helpful, responsive and came up with great ideas for games and decorations. She came early to decorate at the venue and even cut the game cards herself to save me money. I would recommend her services for both quality and value.
We seriously cannot thank Tina and Erica enough for all they did to make our wedding perfect! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was attended to and the way we wanted it. From cleaning up my hotel room for the photographers while I was getting my hair and makeup done to bustling my annoying train for the 25th time, Tina and Erica anticipated my every need, and were 10 steps ahead of me at all times. They even braved the sub-zero wind chill to drive me around and fluff my dress for my outdoor photo shoot during one of the coldest New Year’s Eves on record!! They played such a huge part in making the day a success, and I can’t imagine not having them there. They are not only the ultimate professionals, but are also so friendly, caring, and warm. In the days leading up to our wedding, Tina was such a calming force, and helped me deal with all the inevitable last minute crises while providing much needed emotional support. Hiring Tina and Erica from ATP events for our wedding coordinators was BY FAR the best decision we ever made, and my only regret is that we didn’t have them for the entire planning process! My parents and my entire bridal party raved about them the entire day. I would most highly recommend them, and all my family and friends will for sure be using Tina and Erica for their future events!!!
Ani is AMAZING!!! This woman is someone that i will cherish for the rest of my life and will definitely refer anyone to. I decided to that i needed some help with my special day last minute and choose Ani, and i had no regrets. She is professional, very punctual and most importantly she is an advocate. She took my thoughts and ideas and made them come to a reality. Such a sweet spirited person. She is very serious when it comes to timing, and will make sure you and your vendors are on time for everything. She even attended my bridal rehearsal and come in early the day of the wedding to make sure things were on track. Reverend Callahan performed the most beautiful ceremony. From start to finish he made me feel at ease. A guest thought he knew my husband and I for years cause the service was so personal and well thought out. He was a blessing to us and i am very grateful for the cherished memory he created for us! I work PT as a bridal attendant so I've seen a lot of different ceremonies I was even contacted by the catering hall for his information cause they were so impressed with his genuine warm personality

Gilda has got what it takes to come up with lots of new ideas and her creativity and attention to details is amazing and impressive. Gilda helped us through the whole process from start to end and she was always on top of things. It is so important to know that you are in good hands and your wedding planner has everything under control, as this could be quite overwhelming and nerve wrecking time. Gilda helped us pick the venue, worked out all the contract logistics, helped us pick the invitations, place cards, thank you cards, put together and printed the program and menu, helped us pick the music and songs, connected us with vendors for flower arrangements, photography, video, hair, makeup and did so much more. There is no way I could have done this on my own. Gilda was at the venue from early morning on the wedding day to decorate the place inside and out. She was there for me not only helping with the dress/hair/shoes, but also emotionally to keep me calm and happy. Gilda made the whole experience very pleasant and it was so much fun! My wedding day ran so smoothly, everything was on schedule, and it was absolutely perfect! Thanks to Gilda, my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without a worry in the world! Olga planned my surprise bridal shower. She took the time to plan a theme that was perfect for me! She combined my wedding colors and my love for china/antique tea cups and made a wonderful afternoon tea. She decorated the hall with beautiful flowers, tea cup vignettes, handmade banners, and a stunning (and delicious) food table. She even used tea cups from my mom and my aunt's fine china, which was so thoughtful and made everything so special to me. Everywhere I looked there was something associated with the theme. Olga's expert ability to plan a complete party experience comes through! She even made a bridal book to have everyone sign with memories, advice, and well wishes. Olga put together a beautifully crafted scrap book full of vintage stickers which she knew I would love. It;s all these details that not only show that Olga is great at what she does and really loves it, but also that she takes the time to make the event special for you.
