for me, there were several things that were important in this party. The food, obviously! but also the guidance and planning that is a part of a party. We did a casual wedding for 120 ppl at a difficult location, under very challenging conditions. Ellen and her staff were very limited for setup time, so more time would have let her set up all the grand ideas that she had. There were points during the planning where I felt Ellen was more exited about the affair than I was! she was that invested. She worked closely with me, guiding me throughout, ready with ideas, keeping me focused to give me the best value possible while developing a vision! We wanted an elegant and eclectic brunch ,with lots of variety but keeping it to a reasonable price point. I look forward to working with her again, maybe I'll cater Passover this year!!!

We feel very luck to have found such a great planner for our wedding. Anastasiya was flexible with working with us based on our needs and was very professional in working with us and the other vendors we hired. She was easily reachable and would keep me and my husband on track to make sure we made decisions in a timely manner. She was also adaptable and able to handle the details of a Hindu ceremony, and worked with my family to get everything right. The decor and flow of the wedding were perfect, and everything really went better than I imagined. She and her team were a pleasure to work with!

I hired 3R's Catering to plan and cater my 5th wedding anniversary. Regina and her staff were more than amazing. She made sure all of my needs and concerns were addressed from beginning to finish. The one thing that really stood out was her famous strawberry lemonade and lemon pepper wings. My god!!!!! They were amazing. The crew was professional and helpful. Where do i start Melyssa was great. I hired Alchemist Events to plan my wedding in SC 4/7/18. She came down early and was very organized. She gave my girl a schedule and meant business. 1st time ever my girls where ever on time. It rained for the wedding and Melyssa didn't care she told me its blessings from God lets do this lol. I could not have been more impressed by Sheetal. She is incredibly professional, talented and hardworking. I have never encountered anything like the amazing balloon creations that she made for my daughter's Halloween party and all of my guests were in awe. She has amazingly creative ideas and can bring any inspiration to life. While her balloon talent is unreal, she also assembled a beautiful fabric backdrop/focal wall and a printed sign - she does it all! She spent so much time planning the details with me and even created a portfolio proposal with an array of options for me to choose from. She staked out my venue and liaised directly with their team so that everything would be planned meticulously in advance and perfectly executed (no last minute surprises!). She even helped me to select party supplies so that everything would be coordinated. On top of being extremely talented and professional, Sheetal could not be more sweet. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I am trying to think of another party to throw just so I can hire her again! I very highly recommend Sheetal for any event!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Ani! She was the glue that held the morning of my wedding together and my only regret was not having her throughout the duration of my wedding day. Our venue provided a coordinator, but she didn't touch Ani's level. Ani is prompt, professional, organized and so sweet! She is everything you could ask for in wedding planner/coordinator. She made me feel so comfortable and confident everything was going to plan. I, myself am very type A and she could tell I was very concerned about the timeline. She was there every step of the way telling me how much time we had left or that we were "doing good on time". Exactly what I needed to hear. In addition, she kept my now husband and his groomsmen in the loop at a separate location and kept us all fed and hydrated. She was the best friend I'd met twice, but couldn't have done without on my big day. Thank you Ani!

I could not have been happier with the decorations for my wedding. I didn't say much more than that I wanted to feel like I was in an enchanted forest and she nailed it! She also created the most magical chuppah ever created. Vennissa was kind, warm, easy to work with, and willing to creat last minute additions. All my friends and family are telling me how beautiful my wedding was and I can thank Vennissa for that!

Novaoriginal Events was the event designer for my wedding last year. I had seen pictures of her work and decided to trust her with the most important day of my life. From the décor to the flowers to the lighting to the cake, even the dinner menus, it was more than I could have even imagined. She planned every detail which took alot of stress off me! She took my vision and turned it into such a flawless luxury event my family is still raving about it. She was very warm and professional and responsive to what I wanted. So of course I turned to her again to design my baby shower this past July. Again it was a gorgeous 5 star event beyond my expectations. I would recommend her for any event. See my pics below! Lamide was hired in January to assist me in coordinating my June nuptial. Regretfully I had to cancel my wedding however through the process Lamide was an absolute God sent she took over the role of assisting me in returning a lot of the items that we had purchased for the wedding. She did not hesitate in keeping in contact to make sure I was okay. Prior to me calling off my wedding Lamide was instrumental in me getting great deals on my linens and decor I had to purchase. I Used Michelle for my day of planning for my wedding and her service on the day of the wedding was worth every cent! How much do day-of wedding coordinators cost?

A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

  • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
  • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
  • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more.
