I give them a 4.5 stars, because I've only used them once so far. Good Work! They were able to respond and make a same day appointment, which is very unusual and appreciated. Responsive over email, and professional. I needed a very heavy table set up, another table moved, and an outdoor porch freshened up for the spring. This included labor, trouble-shooting and creativity. Also, they asked questions and were respectful in a way that makes you happy to have them around your home. They were able to knock off both items and also help me with an additional request for labor in the home.

I needed smoke detector batteries replaced in detectors located on a 12 foot high ceiling. David Schafer was available the next day. He called while en route, arrived on time, had to leave to purchase appropriate batteries (long life lithium, not standard 9 volt) and completed the job for the quoted price for his labor - batteries were extra as expected. He was courteous, careful and completed the job quickly. I was very satisfied.

We sought out three quotes for the job, which included, putting backsplash behind the sink, fixing a hole in the ceiling from a pipe leak mold remediation (just drywall, no painting), putting a new end on a dance floor in the basement after water remediation, fixing a gate latch and installing a ceiling fan. The first company wanted 20 hours labor minimum at $140 an hour — not a chance we were paying that. The second ghosted us on the estimate. Then there was KD Power Pros, great price, immediately responsive, and able to come out as soon as we were ready. The work was excellent, and they got it all done in about 5-1/2 hours with a 2-man crew, not 20 hours. Would hire them again in an instant. Judge for yourself from the photos (on the backsplash we asked for the vertical and horizontal deviation). Kyrin communicates well, listens to the customer and has no problem adjusting on the fly (had to run back to the store to buy a new gate latch since the old one couldn’t be fixed). Very, very happy.
