I have seen a fair share of personal trainers, and they all made me feel awkward and not willing to come back, except for Rhonda! Working with her was an amazing experience. Her workouts are challenging and fun, she is always punctual and upbeat, and she is very attentive to any problem areas you might have, adjusting the routines accordingly. I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!

I recommend Katie to whomever needs a personal trainer. She's great and had me do workouts I didn't even know existed. After my first session with her I was sore in places I didn't know could be sore. Katie also has a great personality and actually cares about her clients and about losing the right amount of weight in a healthy way and time period.

Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them…until I met Carlos. I didn’t just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: I’ve lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you don’t believe it, just ask me.

I have been working with personal trainers for the past 9 years and, in which I have worked with almost 6 different great trainers! With that being said, my current trainer, Bejko Evis, truly took it above and beyond and took the service to a whole new level. Throughout the last couple of months working with him, he was always extremely knowledgeable, hard working, caring and he always pushes me to break new records. Andre Tosado has helped me alot. I came to him looking for personal training. He is alway helpful, very kind, but at the same time will push you to do your best and push past your limits. Judy is absolutely phenomenal!! She is professional, intelligent, organized, diligent and so very pleasant. I have specific injuries that she always accommodates for and tailors exercises accordingly. She comes to every session thoroughly prepared with a plan. She knows the correct positions and allignments and fastidiously corrects the client to maximize the benefits of the exercise. I have worked with several personal trainers before, and Judy is by far the best!! I need not look any further!

Brenda is an excellent personal trainer and the best personal trainer I have ever had. She is knowledgeable and flexible to individual clients’ needs. Brenda has adjusted routines throughout my pregnancy, surgical recovery, various orthopedic injuries (wrist tendinitis, ankle sprain, knee strain, back pain) and keeps our sessions new and fresh even after more than 4 years together. Training with Brenda always challenges me and pushes me passed where I would go myself and in a safe and effective way. I appreciate her willingness to come train almost any day or time. Ratul is incredible. I used to be what most considered overweight but visibly. Ratul helped me lose my fat but at the same time build a strong core and muscle that I never thought I had! I've never once been bored in his workout! He is always constantly changing up his workouts and is extremely creative and borderline crazy but completely fun! Highly recommend! They were able to work with my busy schedule and partner me up will someone based on my background/goals. I trained with this company back in LA and you have no idea how happy I am that they have trainers in NYC as well! The training packages are a great deal and it's a huge plus that their trainers are well informed when it comes to nutrition. All of the trainers are amazing but Erika's experience aligned perfectly with what I was looking for in a trainer. If you're willing to do the work you will absolutely get the results. I'm down 5% body fat in just one month of training!

I have had a few personal trainers in the past but have been working exclusively with Cody for the last 5 years. Not only is he an extremely knowledgeable and experienced trainer with lots of credentials but also have a lot of insights on dietary programs to enhance health and effectiveness of your workout. Add to that the fact he is a great guy to hang out with and have a conversation during the sessions and hiring him becomes a no brainer :) Don't get me wrong, he still makes sure you get a solid workout in and achieve your goas as he innovates and constantly refreshes the routines but his charisma and persona makes it for a fun process instead of just pain. In summary, I highly recommend Cody Cobb as a personal trainer to anyone out there trying to get in shape and healthier. Alex, Hoboken - Jan 2018
