I trained with Katie so that I could learn some new yoga moves and be a little more flexible. What I ended up with was a whole new appreciation for yoga, ballet and even fitness in general. Katie was sweet and understanding the two months we were training together. I'm not a very flexible guy and I wanted to get into yoga since it's a lot better than simple stretching. Two months later, I learned a lot more about yoga then I have ever could going to a yoga studio and I had a blast every single session we had. If you're looking for someone who's as proffesional and passionate with her crafts as she is sweet and understanding. Look no further. 😊
Nadia yoga classes are fun to attend even tho im a guy. She takes her time with each student give that one on one feeling. Nadia is also very sexy in person take my word.
Anna is a great yoga instructor. She is a very nice person that you can learn from for a healthier lifestyle. She is a great for fitness motivation and for general health too. Love my early morning yoga sessions before I head to work for another day full of meetings .😊
I have done private yoga sessions with Erica Straub, and love them. I've always been active and an athlete (and recently done a lot of dance). I find it hard to find teachers that impress me for any activity -- not intentional, but I am a tough critic. That said, Erica is amazing. My yoga sessions with her were some of my favorites ever. I loved her focus on the hips (even more so than other yoga classes), the athleticism required throughout, and her approach. (Not to mention, good music selection too!). She started with poses that weren't traditional lead-ins for a yoga session, and it helped open my body up literally and figuratively. Each time I did a session with her, I felt 100% better than when I started and had lasting benefits on my flexible, strength and state of mind. I highly recommend her!
I needed a trainer to help me get back into shape, tone up and strengthen my core and back. Being that I have back issues and sometimes continue to get spasms, I realized I needed someone who was certified, understanding, and would carefully consider a good beneficial workout while not getting injured in the process. Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. Smart, patient, strategic, and if you want to be pushed more she will do it without hurting you. She's a keeper!
I've been taking yoga with Maria for more than 2 months and absolutely love her class! She provides a kind and nurturing practice environment and allows us to deepen our own practice by giving us different variations. I feel I improved a lot after taking yoga with her. And the little massage she does for everyone in the end of the class is very soothing. I highly recommend her class!
I started doing one on one yoga training with Stephanie a couple months ago and couldn't be happier. While I had some experience with classes/videos, I was still very much a beginner and Stephanie has been a godsend. She listens and tailors my sessions to whatever is going on with my body. Stephanie is also observant and can often see my concerns before I even articulate them (pain in my upper back, etc.). She is gentle and firm at the same time- making sure my alignment is correct and encouraging me physically to go deeper into each pose. That's the best part and what I could never do without her help! After a handful of sessions, I can see and feel the benefits. I look forward to each session.
I recently started a class at work in yoga. Being new to this form of exercise and stretching, I sought out one-on-one lessons with an instructor who could bring quality and control to my movements. This instructor is Alison. Being pre-diabetic, circulation, flexibility, and strength are important to my overall health and ability to do those things that I enjoy doing. Alison brings you into a comfortable and low pressure space where she customizes each lesson to how you're feeling at that moment. Individualized attention has honed my skills and improved my overall peace and composure. I heartily recommend seeing her for her individual attention and care.
After 4 months of Yoga with Meredith twice a week I felt more relaxed, flexible and capable than ever before. She has a calming influence and her classes focus on the flow of the poses rather than simply moving from one to another. Meredith is caring and gives each student the individual attention required and has never pushed anyone further than they can physically go; she is welcoming and accommodating. I couldn't recommend her more.
I am a fellow yoga teacher of Casey's and I am always blown away by her classes! So knowledgeable in the yoga while also being very encouraging and compassionate. She has a true love for her students and it shows when she teaches. She creates an affinity with her students where you can't help but to love her! Anytime I get the chance, I'm in her class!! Truly, one of my favorite yoga teachers!

I have worked with Anne for several years and she is an exceptional yoga teacher! I am a physical therapist and I am very impressed with Anne's knowledge of anatomy. She has a great eye for movement and will individualize the practice for each participant in the class to do what's best for them and their body. As a PT individualized attention is so important to perform the activity or posture correctly and to avoid injury and Anne is an expert at that. I have sent many of my clients to her for one on one yoga sessions with great feedback and great results in their rehab.
I have participated in a couple of group sessions and one private beach yoga with MaryAnn as an instructor. Groups were run very prompt, professional and at a level that all could enjoy. The private class had one-on-one discussion of my strengths and weaknesses, adjustments were made as we went along. The beach and sun as a back drop were added bonuses. Highly recommend!
Sarah has in-depth knowledge of physical therapeutic exercises. Being a teacher, I am always on my feet, using my voice, stressed out, etc. and she helps to target all of these issues while simultaneously giving me a full body efficient workout. Each lesson is customized to my mood and how I am feeling that day but often a lot of repetitive movements to track my progress. We do a combo of strength building and stretching as she incorporates both Yoga and Pilates principles. I am often very busy and having the convenience of Sarah coming to my home makes my life that much easier. Sarah is a great yoga instructor and I am stronger physically and mentally because of these private lessons, I thank her.

I have been suffering with lower back pain and sciatica for over a year. I began to see Stephanie Harding for Vinni yoga which was personalized and designed to help my specific area of injury. Stephanie is a caring and dedicated yoga therapist who helps throughout the session to be sure I gain maximum benefit. She also prepared drawings of the postures and exercises for my home program and made an audio CD which was extremely helpful. After about 6 months I was pain free most of the time.I truly appreciate what Stephanie has done for my health and well being.
Phil is terrific! I invited Phil for a session with friends on a Sunday night and liked him so much that I invited him back again for a corporate event. Phil blends meditation and yoga into a very spiritual and relaxing session. Experience with meditation is not necessary. Phil will craft a personalized experience to your goals. I wholeheartedly recommend Phil and will continue to hire him to work with us.
Hilary is very experienced, knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring, personable and sensative. She knows just how far to push to get you the most out of your practice without injury. Izze is extremely in tune with your needs and your body, even with so many other bodies in the room! Her changes and adjustments during class made me feel uncomfortably comfortable...let me explain: While knowing I was working on my strength and flexibility (albeit painful), I left class thinking “Frankly, it hurts so good!”-which is my unspoken goal of every yoga class I take, and Izze went above and beyond to help me meet that goal! I have been in touch with her since, and plan to follow and attend her public class schedule! I’m also investing in her monthly private class as well, to further my own practice. Honestly I was never the “yoga type” but I heard great things about it and decided to give it a try. I came across Malory, who by the way is just awesome, and she taught me sooo much! I now love the practice and have learned that my body can do things I would have never imagined! Malory was very patient with me! She was also extremely knowledable and motivating! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to either learn or continue practicing!!
