He was very easy to work with, assisted us with the necessary equipment rentals, and brought servers and a bartender. The food was terrific. The food and service exceeded our expectations. Chef Bradley brought someone to help and they were both very professional start to finish, made excellent food and cleaned up everything before they left. It was exactly what we wanted and we never felt strange although they were in our open concept house it went very smoothly and felt like an intimate dinner party still.
