As someone that is coming from an 80lb transformation, Maik has really helped me understand what it means to lead a healthy life with good nutrition and fitness. His methodology with regards to food is pragmatic and spot on. He will help you set up a meal plan for life. With regards to exercise - he is one of the few honorable trainers and fitness professionals out there that refuses to be a cop out. This guy knows his stuff, and results are imminent. The craziest thing of it all, is that the simplest most basic things are what works. Maik understands this, if you don't believe me, just look at the way the dude is built. In effect, his genius is cutting through all the marketing and misinformation that overwhelms the world around this billion dollar industry. If you are serious about learing, training, eating, and being involved, Maik is your guy. He is ALWAYS available inside and outside of the gym. This is not your usual trainer, he is a friend and a life coach that genuinely cares about his clients. He will NEVER waste your time, and you should provide the same courtesy in exchange. Shayla is a terrific personal trainer on so many levels. Besides being very knowledgeable about exercise physiology, she is sensitive to individual physical ability and stamina. She pushes me but knows when to ease up; she is intuitive and quite observant and has an inate sense of what I'm capable of doing; she has designed routines for me that show results fast! I am 56 and have been inactive for a while, hence my searching for someone who could come to my home and get me moving again. She brings humor, positivity and passion to what she does. I've tried working out many times in the past, each new attempt as much of a failure as the last. After going through major hip surgery I never thought I would be competing again. I've been very active since a young age, have a background in weight training and sports, but needed a different type of training when injury struck and results just weren't happening with strength and weight loss- that's where Keri came in! I came across Keri's personal training page a year ago, recommended by a good friend, and decided to give it a try. Keri has been my trainer ever since! Let me first talk about Keri's knowledge on the topic of fitness and health. Her dedication and knowledge comes through in how she works with me and in the passion with which she talks about it. I also appreciate her open-minded approach towards learning. She continues to expand and picks up new ideas and concepts in which she shares with me and I absolutely love it. As for results, I can happily say within this year, post hip surgery, I've progressed tremendously and never been happier! She focuses on proper form first, building solid movement around specific muscle groups, throws in functional movement, strength and conditioning, speed and agility, flexibility, and even some nutrition. Her training program is always tailored to an individual's needs, and challenges stamina and strength every single day. ( A butt kicker 3/4 times a week to say the least.) Keri knows my obstacles and challenges I face everyday physically and mentally, and knows exactly when to push and motivate me through them. Her workouts challenge my strengths and weaknesses. I've made gains with my lifts, strength, flexibility and muscle gain/ weight loss! I can proudly and gratefully thank Keri for getting me back to 100% after major surgery where I am back to regionally competing in strength and fitness competitions and body building. I highly recommend Keri as a personal trainer/ health coach! I owe most of my success to her!

Gain Fitness has been great for me and my lifestyle. I travel for work and so having a gym membership can be a waste of money because I am not home every week. Gain works for me because I can do my workout anywhere. Also my personal fitness coach is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and he's also a wonderful person in general. I see him a couple of times a month and we agree on how many workouts I want to do a week and he tailors them to my specific needs. The app is very easy to use and I can keep in touch with my trainer thru the app. I am so much fitter after only a few months of training and it feels great! Thank you Gain!!!
