In the past year I have realized a reduction in body-fat percentage from 20% to 10%, enormous strength gains, marked improvement in endurance and stamina, increased proprioception, and a highly transformed body image. I would have never achieved these results without Joe Policastros dedication to getting me there. Betsy is a fantastic personal trainer. I signed up for her bootcamp classes over the summer and left feeling stronger than when I came in each time. She knows her stuff and her positive attitude and bubbly personality can give you just the motivation and positive vibes you need to complete a great workout! She is also extremely creative and continually challenges you in a fun way each time. Not only does she put you through a great workout, but she genuinly cares about your fitness outside of the classes. Lauren is a great trainer!! The workouts are challenging, with a lot of variety. She knows when to push you and is really good at praising a good effort. She provides advice on nutrition which is really helpful. Can't go wrong here folks!

I've worked with multiple trainers and Ethan is by far the best.
