Coach Brian has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals. I have worked with him on and off through the years when he was a personal trainer, crossfit coach and now in his current role. He really take the time to get to know you and understand what you're trying to accomplish. He has a vast amount of knowledge that he uses to help you understand the process and how to achieve your goals. Making sure you get each and every step along the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's tired of where they are and want to make a change in their lives. Whether you're brand new or a trained veteran, he will help you get to where you want to be.
Mr. Eric Sean helped me create a meal plan to assist me with losing up to 50 pounds. He also creates exercise sessions that are different and unpredictable therefore I am not bored with my training sessions. He is very encouraging and positive. I appreciate his words of motivation, calm mannerism and challenges. I believe he internally gets a feel of what you are capable of doing and pushes you to that level. He also assesses how you physically feel the day or so after your session,to make changes to your routine if necessary. I have had personal trainers on and off for 10 years at various gyms. This studio and my trainer Bridget are the best I have had yet. I love how my workout changes everyday, so I never get bored. I would highly recommend this studio.

Jacob is the best trainer I've EVER worked with. He will make you realize the difference between a "trainer" and a "professional". He has his masters degree in exercise physiology, which shows throughout the experience of working with him. I've been working with him for the last two years, and reached my initial goal within the first 6 months. I continued to work with him and now am achieving a dream body that I never thought was possible. If you're ready to see actual results, take my word for it and work with him.
I am a satellite client of cupio because I live out of state. My programming is emailed to me each week. Once I have received it, my coach contacts me to ask if I have any questions. Usually I don't because each workout is heavily detailed. It makes it super easy. After the week is over I am contacted again to see how it went. If I need to ask a question about something my coach is prompt with an answer. I was nervous at first about being a satellite client but it couldn't be any easier. I am pretty knowledgeable about what I am doing. But even if I wasnt, I don't think anyone would have a problem. I have gained a ton of cardiovascular fitness since I started which I was terrible at. I have gained more mobility and strength overall as well. I have lost ten pounds and still was able to reach personal bests in my front and back squat as well as my deadlift. I love being at cupio and recommend it to everyone regardless of fitness level.

Just started with workhorse fitness, and am loving my workouts! Adrien has a lot of passion for her field and has obviously put in the hard work herself. She was very accommodating of my goals and I'm starting to see results already. If you put in the work with her, you will get results. She actually cares about getting me where I want to be, unlike some trainers it seems. Give workhorse a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend Coach Alvin Williams as a Track & Field Coach and Personal Trainer. He has been working with my son since July 2015, and in this short time, my sons skills and core fitness have improved. Coach Alvin's holistic approach...which includes improved diet, keeping a daily log of all activities, weightlifting, increasing flexibility...goes well above and beyond running drills and working out on the track. As a personal trainer, Coach Alvin takes the time to understand the person's capabilities, and he customizes his approach to play up strengths and improve weaknesses. Coach Alvin pushes our son to higher goals with each workout and has been a strong motivational support. I feel blessed that Coach Alvin genuinely cares about my son succeeding, and Coach's energy and enthusiasm is testimony to the passion he feels for the sport.

Kyle pushes me to do weight and cardio exercises/reps that I would never do on my own! He knows my limits and pushes me to those extremes, all with a positive attitude and fun approach. He is always on time and has great follow through. He is top notch!

Adam is not only a great trainer/fitness coach he is a great person who genuinely cares about your fitness goals and well being . Adam takes the time to organize new and fun workouts every session. He talks a lot about technique and makes sure your doing the exercises correctly so you don't hurt yourself . I don't even look at workouts as a workouts ...one on one or even in groups while still working hard we have a good time . Whenever I feel like I need a workout Adam finds a time to get me in. He always on time reliable and dependable you can count on Adam to help you meet your fitness goals . I have learned that working out is not a quick fix it's a lifestyle . At first I was uneasy to the idea of having a personal trainer. However, after I met Trish I knew I wanted to come back for more because she takes her work seriously and wants to see her clients succeed. Working out with Trish is like working out with a friend but at the same time she’ll keep you on track to make sure you meet your overall goal. She makes the whole experience super fun so you want to keep coming back for more (therefore leading you to your ultimate fitness goal). So, if you’re thinking about getting a personal trainer, Trish Hart has my highest recommendation!
