Chris went above and beyond in my training. I came straight out of physical therapy to rebuild my muscles. He met with my physical therapist and planned a work-out routine that worked around my limitations. Although he had to be a little creative, he was able to help me reach my goals. He continued to motivate me through workouts. I would highly recommend him without hesitation!"

The first day training with Baz I realized I focused way to much on just lifting weights and not actually gaining any kind of functional movement. I think I was one of Tanya's first clients in Jakarta. For me it wasn't so much about the weight more the fitness level I wanted to reach n to lose body fat. Tanya helped me to achieve this goal by doing cardio intense workouts and interval training and for the first time in my life actually was happy with the way I looked. Tanya was a fantastic trainer and I miss her training me.

I have been training with Jessica since 2010. Working with Jessica helped me achieve my long time goal of becoming a runner. I have completed 17 half marathons and a marathon that would not have been possible if I had not trained with her. She has also been my personal trainer helping me develop strength training routines to build a stronger body. The best part about working with Jessica is that she is firm without being harsh. She is always available when you need her advice regarding your fitness goals.
Justin is an awesome human being. He's been personal training me for a few months now and I've never had such great results in the shortest amount of time. I have had excellent results with Legacy Fitness and Zacch Jackson as my personal trainer. Zacch is professional in his approach to fitness, nutrition, and a healthy life style. I'm not a power lifter or body builder. But having Zacch as my personal trainer has kept me safe and motivated to achieve my goals. I would recommend Zacch to anyone looking to improve overall health and fitness. Increase strength and stability. I was inactive for many years and not so young anymore either. If you are looking to get fit at any age Zacch is a great trainer. He will keep you motivated and encourages you towards a healthy body and mind. Don't put off taking care of yourself...and with Zacch's approach to training it's possible no matter where your at, you can only get better.
This guy really knows what he's doing. You can tell he enjoys helping people get healthy by the way he talks and relates to his clients. Definitely better than other trainers in the area.

Julianna started working with me about a year ago and it really was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had.
