From the initial conversation to our weekly training sessions, I have been impressed. Zak has a very thorough knowledge of how the body works mechanically and caters to the individual's needs. I have a few dis-abilities that can throw off the "normal" training, but they were addressed immediately and with care/Intensive thought. The value of his training far outweighs any cost.
Rick contacted me after seeing my request. He paid attention to what I was looking for, and reached out because OKC Mobile Fitness was a good fit. He made a same day appointment with me, and when I showed up prepared, he adjusted expectations on the fly and did a comprehensive evaluation with me. He matched pace and level of information with my needs. He was funny, motivating, and it was a really comfortable experience. He's clearly not just an athlete doing some training on the side. My 14 year old son, Jack, trained with Eric Skinner for around 6 months specific to cross country running and distance track in high school. During this time, Jack showed major improvement in form, flexibility, agility, and PR time. I would highly recommend Eric Skinner to anyone looking for specific sports goals or general physical well being. We only stopped training for financial reasons, otherwise my son would have continued training for some time.

He’s professional, funny, kind, and seriously knowledgeable about health and physical training. He’s tailored my work-outs to my personal goals and strengths/limitations, and also worked with my two children, who learned a lot in a short time and hope to go back. Rob is a rock star! I’ve been working out with him for about 5 yrs during which I’ve had 2 surgeries on my back. Rob has been a life saver helping with my physical therapy & recovery after each surgery (One of which he actually went with me to my follow up appt to discuss rehabilitation with my surgeon). He definitely knows his stuff and is a master at teaching new workout techniques and form. I would (and have) highly recommend Rob to anyone looking or needing a personal trainer. The structured training at Performance Fitness is a great program! Cost is much less than personal training sessions and a certified trainer is always around for guidance/spotting when you need it. That also means they aren't breathing down your neck every second for those who are put off by that sort of training. Routines are updated on a weekly basis to deter boredom. It's a fantastic place to get in shape!
Anthony is a fantastic trainer. I've had quite a few trainers over the recent years, but Anthony puts them all to shame with both his level of knowledge and his emphasis on customizing a workout to his client. He doesn't "make it up" as he goes, like some trainers. He meticulously plans each workout and custom tailors it to your personal abilities and limits. The result is an excellent workout, every time. In fact, I saw more results in one month under his training, than I did in several months with other trainers. He also has a passion for nutrition, and could pretty much tell you anything you'd want to know (or more) about diet and nutrition. Highly recommended!
Cameron is very professional when training and knowledgeable about the body mechanics. I feel safe and well guided. He explains and demonstrates the workout to start with so I can be prepared. He takes great care in preventing injury and challenges you in a non aggressive way. I highly recommend Cameron for personal training!
Chris is an excellent Physical Fitness Trainer! He is very professional and very knowledgeable! He utilizes his previous body building knowledge to educate his clients. He also applies his kinesiology knowledge to maximize his clients training sessions. I have never been athletic and have learned more about weight lifting and fitness from him than any other trainer that I have ever trained. Other trainers have left me looking anorexic and ill looking, but I have experienced very positive results training with Chris. I now feel like I belong in the gym. I am very fortunate to have a trainer that is compassionate about his profession and is willing to pass on his knowledge to me to become healthier and a better weight lifter. He has pushed me to lift weights at volume that I would have never imagined. If you want a trainer that can assist you with your physical fitness goals from losing weight, toning, and/or to body building, Chris is your ultimate Trainer!
Krystle is an awesome trainer. She pushes me when I want to give up and encourages me every step of the way. Her attention to detail is off the charts and it has helped me get muscles working that I didn't know weren't firing. I look forward to many more training sessions with her.

Ashlea trained me and a group of my friends for several months in a 45-60 minute outdoor session three times a week. She is a fantastic trainer who knows how to keep the workouts interesting. Every single workout was different, and she even used the jungle gym in her neighborhood as part of our exercises. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs variety to stay engaged. She is also a super fun person and highly motivating. You will gain a friend as well as a trainer!
