Jason is a very pleasant, low key guy who prides himself on really knowing about strength training. He is always very considerate about the customer and their time. He is very punctual, never late and he always knows how to challenge you. He seems to know how to pace the workout based on his customer's ability and condition at the time of training. He is very knowledgeable and inventive on coming up with new exercises and movements that challenge you but never to excess. Turk is a very experienced trainer. He is patient and very knowledgeable. People who stick with him will definitely achieve their goals. My goal is to bulk up. When I started training with him, I was 150 pound. I was skinny and a hard gainer. Now I weigh 165 with pretty decent muscles. Those 30 pound gain is not fat but almost pure muscle gain. I am a chemistry graduate student . I always ask him about what this exercise does since I have un-naturally high curiosity. He is always patient and takes his time explaining things in detail with me. I am really glad that I found him. he is way better than regular trainers from 24 fitness, LaFitness, and etc. The only thing I wish more is that I could gain more. But like I said, I am a very hard gainer. I am happy that I gained 15 pounds of lean muscle over 1 year. So if I can do it with my disadvantaged body type, you can definitely achieve your goal way faster with him training you.

Lisa was awesome! I purchased several sessions with her as a gift for my parents for Christmas and they have been so happy with her as a trainer. She has made them feel very comfortable, listened to what they were wanting out of their sessions, and really helped them get back on track with their exercise. Her knowledge in different kinds of strength training, exercise, and stretching has been perfect for them and the convenience of her coming to their house has made all the difference. I've been working out with Marcos from Compact and he has been fantastic. It's so convenient to have him come to my apartment complex gym for training and he's always well prepared with a plan. The difficulty level of the workouts he programs is spot on.
First off, it turned out that I actually knew Felton. My husband used to train with him and he was a friend of a friend. Felton will definitely help you get your fitness needs met. He will kick your butt with Cora activities and strength training. He also assist with nutrition planning and monitoring. He's an all-around good guy too.
I had been dealing with pain and declining health problems for years and had the lucky opportunity to meet Corey Walden and start personal training with him as part of a push to really turn my whole health situation around. With just his personal training alone I was able to break my dependence on weekly massages that I had been getting just to be able to move. I had a great experience strength training with Jaylen. I saw him twice a week over the course of 3 months to help strengthen/rehab a snowboard knee injury that had me out for about 3 months prior to meeting him. He helped me achieve my goals and exceed my expectations on many levels. He was more than able to lay out a plan for each session and was very receptive to input as to what worked and what didn't. He also helped me on target areas that I wanted to see more improvement on. He was very upbeat and helped me to stay motivated and made me want push myself every session. Also made me want to stick with a diet regimen. The end result was fantastic and the overall experience was superb. I would highly recommend him and would work with him again in the future!
Jacob not only is super respectful, but also extremely helpful and understanding when it comes to the strengthening & fat loss goals I have set for myself. He does a great job helping me push through my resistance, but also give me great ideas on things I can do at home on my own time. I appreciate how professional he is and fun at the same time. Alex responded to my request quickly and was quite personable in his responses (not the generic messages one normally receives here). He was incredibly flexible and worked with me/my schedule to provide a training time that would benefit me. He adapted his training sessions to fit my personal needs and created an awesome workout regimen that worked me super hard but was really enjoyable the entire time. After our workout, he had some diet and supplement suggestions to aid me in reaching my fitness goals. Initially, I was looking to lose 15lbs, grow a booty, and have a bikini body for my upcoming tropical vacation. Without judgement of my goals, Carolyn took me under her wing and assured me that I would achieve them. At first, I was a bit skeptical because she had me working out my arms and shoulders when I specifically wanted to target my stomach and glutes. I put my trust in her and followed her lead. She taught me the importance of having a well rounded workout regimen and sculpting each body part individually to feel good about my body in its entirety. I have had a great experience working with Murillo. I initially sought physical training to help me with core strength, balance, and mobility. He took the time at the outset of our sessions to really listen to my goals and to carefully assess my starting level. He has created several workout routines for me that are specially designed to challenge me. I am already seeing great results in the areas I set out to work on, and I have improved ability to do the exercises he has set out. Murillo also has a great personality. He is energetic, encouraging, and he pushes you just enough so that you are constantly improving. I am glad I chose to work with him, and I highly recommend him.
Jesse is seriously one of the best trainers!! Not only did he help me achieve my fitness goals, he gave me the confidence I was lacking in the gym. Amy was the first personal trainer I worked with in almost 20 years. I was looking for help to strengthen my core as well as overall muscle since, at 50, I had lost strength all over and didn't want to rely on one kind of routine. I've been a runner for years and the wear and tear on my knees and lower back haven't helped. Amy started me with simple stretches and core work that I could do at home as well. Weights increase slowly; I never left a training feeling too worn down, but rather energized. I eventually got stronger and more confident in doing things like pushups (which I always sucked at!). The best thing was the work I did with Amy helped heal a longtime ache I had in my leg since having my daughter 10 years ago. Amy is super cheerful, focused and full of conversation; every time I work with her, I leave thinking "time goes by so fast with her! I just worked out for an hour and didn't even feel like it was that long!" Highly recommend Amy!
