After trying to get several other HVAC companies to check out non working AC, Frank was contacted via Thumbtack and he responded within 30 minutes of call. The next day (not 1 to 2 weeks like others), Frank came out at no charge and did a very thorough test and analysis. The result was discovery of a permanently damaged compressor. Within a few minutes Frank was able to verify availability of a new condenser unit and schedule replacement in the next 4 days. This level of service in the HVAC industry, especially during hot weather, is very unusual. The end result will be a new ac condenser unit at about a 20% discount from other contractors estimate and completion 2 week’s sooner. Frank will be my HVAC contractor from here forward.

He showed me a little modification how it works, so now it will heat in a way that will save a lot on my energy bill every month. I'll be saving way more than the cost of the $88 diagnostic this winter. So essentially he paid for himself. 6 Stars.
