I found Jason Trammell on Thumbtack in June. I am very pleased with the results I have achieved under his guidance. I was 430 lbs and no one would train me because of my size. I lost a 100 lbs in 4 months. I was unable to move very well and Jason scaled down all the exercises to my fitness level. He also motivated me beyond what I thought was possible. Jason encouraged me to make positive changes in eating habits and to be more active. I still have a ways to go but I am confident if I stick with Jason's routine I will reach my goal by the spring!
Reasonable pricing for exemptonal amount of support, knoledge and hands on training. I've had personal trainers before but never this supportive and able to work with my schedule. The eating program is easy to follow. It allows for ample system support while providing an abundance of energy, productive and healthy weigh loss.
I have been training with Laura for about a month and I am so pleased the results. She puts a lot of thought into designing a routine that works for me individually, she listens to me and knows what my goals are. I really enjoy the space where we train; I feel like I can focus and get the most out of my time with her. Laura is a genuine person and a joy to work with. I have five left thumbs, a busy career, and a toddler, so I knew starting a fitness routine would be a challenge. Lisa listened to my barriers, understood what I needed, and made the logistics and planning easy. She was generous with her laughter and ideas, and she set up a plan that was dialed in to my circumstances and fitness level. All I had to do was show up with a good attitude. Taylor is fantastic! If I could rate her higher than 5 stars I would. She is available any time I need her, answers all of my questions and concerns and is a great fitness coach/personal trainer. I always have fun doing my workouts even when it's grueling. Simply a wonderful experience.
Travis is a great trainer to work with. He asks a lot of questions and is genuinely interested in your specific goals, with a really healthy focus on nutrition and full-body health, including guidelines for when to eat, how much sleep to aim for, workouts outside of a gym (when traveling), and more. Travis is easy-going and attentive I can't say how many times I pinged him with a question via email or text to which I usually got a fairly prompt answer, a huge help for someone who's struggling to learn the ropes of a healthier diet and fitness. Compared to other trainers I've worked with in the past, this was a huge thumbs up. In the end I was unable to stick with it for personal reasons, but I highly recommend anyone interested in getting fit consider Travis for his acumen and ability to inspire.
Chris is an exceptional trainer! He pushes me beyond what I could do on my own and is patient when I can do no more. His background and experience make him a huge asset to helping me achieve the goals I am working toward.It is no easy task to replace fat with muscle but his knowledge and expertise as well as his techniques and well thought out training and nutrition plans have helped me see results within just a few short weeks. I plan to continue working with him and I know the results will exceed my expectations. I have referred him to my friends and genuinely believe he is one of the best trainers out there.

I have worked with Corey for the past three months. I originally sought him out for fitness and weight loss but with the initial diagnostic tests discovered several postural issues that needed correction. I am seeing some big changes that have also been noticed by others. I am impressed with Corey's professionalism and the trainer's gym we work out in is well equipped and never crowded. Additionally, what stands out to me is the non-judgmental attitude of all the trainers and very "non-jock" atmosphere of the gym. I highly recommend Corey if you are looking for consistency and growth.
So I have worked with 3 personal trainers all right after each other. Out of all 3 I felt 2 were knowledgeable about what workouts were good and would be most effective for my body. Jaylen Eason was one of those 2. However, the one thing that put him at the top of those three, was his professionalism. Smooth way of telling me what I need to eat to help the workouts and weight loss and muscle gain. He always had workouts prepared before my scheduled time. He knew what we were going to do before I arrived so it gave me every minute of my paid time to focus on the workout and not the planning. When we worked out he focused on form to ensure injury reduction and getting the most out of each workout. During my workouts he would push me with encouraging words and not be off doing something else or watching or talking to someone else in the gym like some trainers do. He was 100%focused on me, his client. When finished, he would give friendly reminders of what my homework was and parted with a smile and encouraging feedback. I left due to an injury on the job and have not been able to train since otherwise he would be the guy! Jeremy
I have been training with Jake for about 4 months. I can say he is the best trainer I've had. And I've been through a few. What I can say about Jake: I feel like he's got my back. Any trainer can push you to work hard and make you do a hard workout. What I like about Jake is that he can push me but knows when I should also pull back and rest. He is wonderful with stretches! He is also very fit and a good coach. The two qualities together make for an exceptionally effective trainer. His passion for fitness shows. Jake is also a good communicator. That doesn't mean he's always chatty or got a slick front but he's very good at reading his clients and seeks to understand and listen to you. He's a good read of people. I also don't feel judged by Jake like I have with other trainers. He's a super great guy who treated my initial difficulties working out with empathy, compassion and flexibility. With Jake, I had come back to working out again after a physical setback and had put on the most weight I'd ever gained. I am also a woman in her fifties and weight is the hardest to get off than previously for me. In three months he's helped me reduce all my measurements! And last but not least, Jake is a professional. He shows it in his voice, conversation and his attitude. Do not look any further for a trainer! Jake is the best.

I always feel better after a workout with Murillo. He’s very encouraging, thoughtful and a positive person. I would recommend Murillo as a personal trainer if you want to improve your fitness in any way. He’s so knowledgeable and makes working out an enjoyable experience. I’ve had 4 trainers in the past and Murillo is not a typical personal trainer. Murillo really cares about my specific needs. I deal with shoulder pain and lower back pain and I generally have low flexibility and poor range of motion. Murillo has taught me to stretch using foam rollers and other tools in order to improve my flexibility before we start a workout. The work outs are great and difficult. It’s amazing that we can get such a great work out with very few tools because having him come to me is a huge motivator.
