EXCELLENT!!! Jonas is the best personal trainer I've ever seen. I've actually been trained by him for 4 months. Why I just comment now is I believe that data and experience is more convincing. I've lost 18 lbs during these four months, more important is my body fat started at 17% to 6.7% ! I can't believe myself! But it's true! Additionally, Jonas is more than a professional trainer but a kindhearted, patient, humorous friend! I highly recommend him and F.A.M.E fitness! You will never regret your choice! Hopefully my poor English didn't make any misunderstanding (at least Jonas can bear my English, lol)

I only started with Marcellus Beasley as my personal trainer two weeks ago and already feel 100% better. He is great to work with and knows how to motivate me. He works me to my limit and understands where that is and doesn't push me more than that. I have lost 8 pounds in two weeks and can already tell how much stronger I feel. He offers great advice about diet and exercise. I look forward to working with Marcellus for a long time in the future.

When I think about why Phil is successful with his clients and his client find success with him it's because he is INVESTED. Phil is invested in his clients - understanding their needs, from the ones just starting off and the ones who are athletes and need to be pushed. He is invested in his craft - keeping up with the new techniques, exercises thus giving him the ability to tailor his sessions to his clients. Invested in nutrition - vast understanding on what will fuel your body and shares this with his clients. I have been an athlete my entire life, sometimes in better shape then others - the single thing that made the difference in my success with my coaches/trainers is their ability to connect and invest in me. When you have someone that believes in you it gives you the motivation to invest in yourself. I highly recommend Phil as a personal trainer or taking part in one of his boot camps. It's a fun, motivating, non-intimidating environment where you can take yourself to the next level!

Two years ago, our son suffered a brain injury. He was in a wheelchair, and as a result, gained over 100lbs. After months of unsuccessful physical therapy, we decided to hire a personal trainer. It was a godsend that we found Brandon Swanner from Journey Fitness. After just four months of training, Brandon has our son walking with a walker and crutches. He no longer uses the wheelchair as his primary means to get around. Brandon not only focuses on his weight, strength and balance, but motivates him to keep trying and not give up. He even goes out of his way to text on his off days to encourage him to exercise. Brandon also assists with healthy meal choices. He is truly the best thing that has happened since this horrible injury. He has done more to facilitate his recovery in four months than the 18 months of physical rehab prior. Our son also suffered a speech deficiency as part of his injury. Consequently, he does not like to talk to “outsiders.” Brandon takes time to have conversations with him, and we have seen tremendous improvement in his speech as a result. Having Brandon has given us a renewed hope for recovery. We are so very grateful to have him! I will be very happy to provide a verbal reference at any time.

I have worked with Andre for about a month now. In the short period of time I've worked with him, I'm already seeing amazing results. Andre is professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. He knows when to encourage and when to push, though never too much. I've benefited greatly from his extensive knowledge in exercise and nutrition. Nina is a great personal trainer. I have multiple health issues that make working out hard for me but she's been a great listener and has created work outs specifically for me. She's very motivating and encouraging. I always leave my sessions feeling better than when I walked in. She's also been great with providing nutrition and dieting advice. After 2 weeks of dieting and working out, I've lost 4.5 lbs. and an inch off my waist line. I'd definitely recommend going to Stella Fitness!

Gian is a great trainer. He is able to custom tailor a workout plan for every client based on specific goals, concerns, and abilities. His focus on technique really puts you at ease that you will never be pushed to compete an excessive that is unsafe. We just finished 10 weeks of training together and because of the results Gian was able to help me achieve I have extended for an entire year. Gian is personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Musa Cooper is an excellent personal trainer. He has the ability to train people from beginners level to advanced level. Once he knows a person's fitness goal, he will help them achieve it. Personally, I have achieved the level of feeling that my body is conditioned through Musa's training. I could not have achieved this by myself.

I have been working with Jacque for over a year. I have worked with many other trainers over many years but she is definitely the best ever. She knows her anatomy and physiology as thoroughly as anyone could. Consequently she has been able to quickly solve any problem I ever had since she has such a complete understanding of what’s going on. She has always designed sessions which strenghtened my physical weaknesses without ever causing harm. She always said that what came first for her is safety. She often refuses to allow me to add weights or push myself past levels she thought I wasn’t ready for. Invariably she is right. And sessions are always fun and well balanced. It’s been so exciting to watch my strength and levels of fitness grow beyond my expectations—particularly at my age (75) She is excellent with clients who are reasonably fit and strong—but also with the way out of shape people who need rehabilitation on a large scale. I believe that her knowledge of physiology, understanding of how to safely achieve maximal progress coupled w. Her personal skills make her an exceptionally fine trainer. I feel lucky to have found her.
