Ryne is amazing. I have made so much progress in strength and endurance. He is always mindful and careful because I am a breast cancer survivor who had a double mastectomy and chemo. I sent my aging parents to him, they are both stronger and healthier than they have been in years. There is a fine line with trainers of being pleasant but also being able to push enough to get results, Ryne's the best at it.

Shannon is an amazing personal trainer. He is professional and passionate about his work. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and goes above and beyond to expalin things so you understand the changes being made to your body and health. He has helped me to be a more confident person, not just because of the physical changes in my body, but the strength I have gained by training with him . Cole has been providing me with exceptional advice and assistance with weightlifting and fitness over the past 3 months. He truly shows a deep understanding of the body and the effects of weightlifting/exercise on each body part. Without his help, I am sure my growth would've been minimized drastically compared to my level of progress thus far. Working with Justin was very easy as he was quite professional and accommodating in my request for a massage appointment. I arrived about 15-20 minutes early for my appointment and he showed me around the facility and gave me a brief but not pushy overview of their membership plan. When Allison, the massage therapist arrived Justin was quick to introduce us to each other. Allison gives a nice massage with pressure that was more than what I am used to receiving but done in a manner that did not cause me any pain. Allison was personable and professional and hit all the areas where I most needed relief. As good as the massage was the rates charged by The Guild seem to be a bit high to me. My experience in this area tells me that their cost of a massage is about $20 to $30 over the market rate. I'm not sure the massage at The Guild was worth the difference in price however.
I hold am MA in Agency Counseling from RIC. Because I am older than many trainers I know there are some exercises that are perfectly fine for 25 year olds but not good for someone in their 50's or 60's. I have taught silver sneakers also for almost 3 years also. This does not mean you can't work out hard but some exercises need to be adjusted for older backs and knees etc. I've been exercising a very long time and I know the benefits which are not just to change your body but help with the stress we carry around everyday
