Highly qualified tech arrived on time and solved hardware and malware issues on our pc and Mac computers. We could not be happier with the service provided by BECT computing. They saved us valuable time. The tech was very pleasant, careful, smart and professional. We are recommending BECT computing to all our friends.
Dennis was hired for training on Mac Book Pro. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient and very helpful. I would highly recommend him for all your computer needs!
I needed a new computer but after teaching on PC computers for 35 years was quite skeptical about switching to a MAC. The Experimac staff worked with me and helped answer all my questions and concerns. They helped me create the perfect IMAC to meet my needs. I upgraded my IPad after being given a very fair price for the old one and even purchased a great MacAir that I use when traveling. All the files from my old devices were transferred to the new ones that same day. I have even purchased a Time Capsule for automatic file backup. The staff was knowledgable and customer service was excellent. I have even taken advantage of some of their in-store classes and have learned a great deal about my new products. I would highly recommend Experimac!
Ed has helped me with the purchase of my last two Macs. He has edited and helped with MicroSoft Word for the Mac for a yearbook with excellence. He is courteous, prompt, and willing to work with the situation to help a client through a variety of exasperating computer issues in my home. He is most helpful and pleasant in working with a harried and frustrated client. I most assuredly will continue to use his services.
Perfect place for computer lessons.
I am a small business owner and use my Mac Book Pro for everything! It started having problems (that I ignored, for the sake of convenience) and one day it completely died while I was using it. I rushed it to Mac Authority where I was told that the components needed to repair my machine were no longer available from Apple. If they could obtain the part needed to fix it, the cost would be well over $1000. I was advised to consider just purchasing a new computer and calling it a loss on all of my data. Heartbroken, I decided I had nothing to lose and found Jack through Thumbtack. He said he would take a look at it and let me know my options. That afternoon, he contacted me stating he had a promising solution and would be able to return my computer to me the following day. He was able to not only bring my laptop back to perfect condition, he restored all of my data and even advised me on ways to more efficiently manage my data in an effort to avoid this situation in the future. All at a fraction of what Mac Authority quoted to charge me. I couldn't recommend him enough and will always call him if I have future issues.
Had our first lesson with him and it was great so far, looking forward to more.

My name is Carmen, and I was an English teacher in South Korea. I taught ages 5 through 10 for a year and a half, and in college, I had initiated and instructed Adobe software workshops for students who wanted to learn and expand the basic knowledge that was given in the classroom. I love to tutor as well as the one-on-one teacher to student time. I did this regularly in college to help Spanish majors with their homework and to challenge them with their conversation skills. I grew up in Chile, South America, until high school, which made me fluent in Spanish by the age of 4. I also attended a French immersion program in high school giving me the ability to speak, read and write at a college level. I prefer speaking only the language that is being taught if it is a language-specific tutoring session. It is difficult at first, but as my preschoolers learned in Korea, they can't go to the bathroom until they could say, "May I go to the bathroom please?" With software on the other hand, I will not be speaking in 0s and 1s, but with adequate words that are not too tech-savvy at first. Although in time, a vocabulary will be developed. I hope to hear from you soon and start learning!
