Hired 2 bartenders, a DJ & 5 servers from these guys for my wedding. They greatly exceeded my exceeded my expectations. Everyone went above and beyond. And for the price they charged. Extremely affordable. I looked at other reputable companies, not on this website of course, and they all charged at least $20-40 more per hour. I knew this site is mainly a contractors/freelancers website, and I will say the other quotes were tempting to hire. But after talking to Chris I really felt he really cared about my event, and not just my money. His price was very close to the others, his staff were very punctual, professional, enjoyable to be around & he saved me around $300 with my liquor/mixer purchase! Actually, my wedding coordinator forgot to get the glasses ready for the toast, but the bartenders were already on it, they quickly grabbed all the glasses i bought and got them around right in time. DJ kept my guests dancing all night, did MC services, and did allot of requests. Servers got all the courses around to every guests got and fresh, and kept everyone's drink full. I had two very intricate cocktails & the bartenders made them amazingly. Bartenders even rationed the mixers all night so i wouldn't run out, and didn't open any bottles i didn't use. So i got about $200 back from liquor store i purchased at. I received 4 other quotes, and I could have received 10 more, but I'm very happy i chose this company. Literally can't think of anyone who would do better and I will always hire them for all my house parties and events I do. I have included some photographs our photographer took during the event
Phillip was everything we needed and more. He guided us through the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding, he made sure the little intricacies of the day were taken care of. My wife and I agree that he was a great addition to making our wedding great. Phillip catered the wedding style toward us and allowed us freedom to pick the flow while still maintaining a beautiful versed ceremony. I was EXTREMELY impressed with Karens professionalism, attention to detail, and her affordability. I hired her 2 days before my daughters wedding to prepare a morning breakfast. Barbara is amazing!!! I should start by saying that I took on most of the wedding planning on my own. Due in part to geographic distance, I knew I'd be planning and organizing most of the event on my own--and because I love to DIY, I started the process off feeling confident that I could manage everything independently. It took me months to realize that, in fact, having help--particularly from a professional who has first-hand experience--is a tremendous asset. Barbara impressed me from our very first conversation with her warmth and organization and willingness to (literally) meet me and learn about the vision my fiance and I had for our wedding. As our day-of-coordinator, she lifted a huge burden from myself and helped me organize friends and family as we all came together to celebrate. I only wish I had found Barbara sooner--I would have happily hired her to help me plan the event from the start!
Roy was incredibly helpful, professional, flexible, and most importantly: made great food! We had a small wedding on Lake Austin in July and wanted "upscale BBQ." We ordered wood-fired brisket from a vendor, but we worked with Roy to create a fresh menu of sides that would appeal to a wide array of appetites, from kids (mac and cheese with a twist), to Vegans, to gluten free. He provided all servingware and utensils, and was there to set up and serve, and help with clean-up. I would highly recommend Roy for any of your needs!

Choosing Audrey to be our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we have ever made! Not only was she diligent about reaching out and coordinating our ideas, wishes and style before the wedding and even helped me to make a timeline for the big day, during the wedding she was AMAZING in every way! She arrived before the wedding and was encouraging and helped us with carrying messages and items to the groom and groomsmen as we were all getting ready whilst taking photos, she was there at every point to take great photos during the ceremony and when it came to family and group photos, she was amazing in working with everyone, down to the little ones! She made me feel truly carefree and beautiful during all the photo shoots and was very quick at posing us in the right ways and communicating clearly. I can't WAIT to see what the photos themselves look like! Audrey is not only a great photographer, but is a joy to work with as well! I'd highly recommend her for any sort of photography!

Bekah provided month-of (and day-of) coordination for my wedding last year. She was prompt, encouraging and kept me on track with an event hosting ~200 guests. She's great at planning, keeping you focused on the big picture/important stuff while also making sure the details are taken care of and don't fall through the cracks. She knows many vendors in the area and is fantastic at adjusting on the fly and making sure it doesn't impact your experience on the big day. There were so many things that didn't "go according to plan" that she handled and as the bride I never knew about it until after. Thank you Bekah for helping make my day as stress-free as possible - it is one Daniel and I will cherish forever!
Amanda did an amazing job helping us with our wedding. She made the day go so smoothly. After speaking with the Grooms father she even put together a special table for us. I highly recommend Amanda. She was very professional. She kept us on the timeline that she helped us create. We forgot long lighters for our sparkler exit and Amanda sent her fiancee to go get some for us. She listened to our ideas and the day could not have been any better! The decorations were stunning! She was very fun and easy to work with. Again, words can't explain how amazing Amanda is!
Alexa was my "day of" wedding coordinator and she was amazing! She kept me sane, made things run smoothly, and took care of all the details. Even though she wasn't doing pre-planning she kept on top of me to make sure I didn't forget any details, and provided great ideas and advice. I was so relieved to have her and her team there that day so I could enjoy it!
I was a very "hands off" bride as I was accepted into law school after my husband and I already set our wedding day. Emmetria connected us with a fabulous caterer (Queenie's Delectable Delights) and super awesome photographers (Mia & Taffy). I needed a wedding planner that could literally just tell me when to show up and what to do (especially after I learned that my midterms were scheduled to begin the Monday AFTER my wedding weekend). We had a fabulous wedding. I am still getting compliments from our guests on the fact that our ceremony and reception were so well coordinated. I went "bridezilla in reverse" because I was so apathetic about the details of my wedding the closer the date approached. I had to step away from 95% of the planning 60-days out from the date to prepare for my first semester of law school. I do not recommend starting law school and getting married at the same time; but, if you must, your wedding is safe with Emmetria. Also, we live in Houston and Emmetria lives in Austin. She drove to Houston for our initial consultation and after we hired her, I never felt like I was working with an out-of-town wedding planner. Ahh Emmetria, I know I gave her hell, but she was 100% professional from beginning to end. My husband and I had several "freak out" moments but Emmetria let our irrational moments of insanity slide right off her shoulders.
I decided to have a wedding of the day coordinator 3 months before my wedding when I started having nightmares about my wedding gone wrong. I found Michelle via thumbtack. I'm so lucky I chose the right one over so many listed in the internet. I just hope that I got her at the planning phase of my wedding so I wouldn't have a hard time researching & comparing for the best wedding vendors by myself. She has a very good list of the preferred wedding vendors. Michelle has such a pleasing personality & easy to work with. She's not pushy & acted upon on what I envisioned my wedding to be. She worked within my budget. She's very professional & was prompt with her email responses. On my wedding day she executed it perfectly! The Church ceremony was solemn. The reception was organized, romantic, & beautifully decorated. I was overflowing with happiness! It was so stress free for me & for my families! We all just enjoyed the special day. My mother & mother-in-law even said that she really did a wonderful job! She was just at the background & even attended to my guests' needs. Kudos to Michelle! Again, my heartfelt gratitude! I definitely recommend her for your special event!

Lauren was a great pleasure to work with. She made sure our wedding day was about us having fun and letting her handle the stress and organization. Leading up to the big day, she went above and beyond to help us make decisions when she asked questions that we didn't have answers to yet. On the day of the wedding, she was diligent in making sure that we were enjoying ourselves and having a good time and that the day was about us making good memories instead of focusing on organizing an event.
Working with Leigh to plan my wedding was one of the best experiences I have had. She had such vision. Right up front she asked a very specific question, When you in vision your wedding what do you see. Now it seems like a broad questions but really if you think about it you have you have just a few strong concepts you want to build you wedding around. This gave us a place to start and grow from. It made the process less daunting. Leigh was there though the whole process, flowers, gifts for guests, helping to find the perfect dress ext. My family was out of town so it really helped that I had someone there to help with these important parts of the wedding. Leigh is really laid back and easy to talk with, but will tell you what she thinks. It is your wedding and she will make you happy for your wedding day, but she is the expert and will tell you what you need to know to make informed decisions. If I were to get married again Leigh would be the first person I would call to help kick of the event!
