Terry is a great Personal Trainer. His experience with physical fitness regiments complimentary with his physiotherapy knowledge makes a work out truly a work out. Thomas is a highly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and engaged personal trainer. Not only does he have a detailed understanding of how the body works, but he also does a wonderful job of explaining it as he goes through the workouts he strategically develops for each individual. The private gym is always lively with upbeat music to keep you happily jamming while sweating! What I appreciate the most is that he always makes sure you are working out to your maximum potential in every session and leave accomplishing more than you would've ever thought. I've gone from feeling weak and "fragile" to feeling so much stronger and energized - and in turn, more productive in my daily life. I can't believe how much progress and improvement I've seen in the past couple of months that I've trained with Thomas. If you're looking for the best of the best, Thomas is absolutely it!
Isreal helped me out personally by getting my back in shape so I would stop having to see the chiropractor on a regular basis. After working on my back I also had my fiancé join us. At that point we worked on overall fitness. I was very pleased with our results. He never over pushed us and listened and helped me out whenever I was having bad days or days with pain. He always worked with our schedule since it changed from day to day. This was my first experience with a personal trainer in general and I am glad it went as well as it did. It is nice having someone you can learn from as well as joke with to get you through your workouts.

Ive tried personal trainers a handful of times and most want to spend the first several classes talking about goals and package commitments. Day 1 with Alex was straight to business. The style is pure body weight and core exercises so theres no cheating or sugarcoating with weight training. Alex attention to detail stuck out immediately altering exercises and stretches to facilitate my strengths and weaknesses. His first two classes were free to ensure his style and program was what I was looking for. Im just in the beginning stages of getting where I want to be physically but I’m certain with Alex that I will be there sooner than later.
I trained with Jerell for 2 months in the Summer of 2017. While I had been working out on my own for a while, I needed a trainer to get to next level of fitness. Jerell proved to be a perfect choice since he combined various workout techniques, targeting different muscle groups making it possible for me to see a difference straightaway. He catered his routine to my needs but also encouraged me to challenge my limits. His work ethic is top-notch and his friendly demeanor meant that I looked forward to working out with him. I have been training with Ricky Jackson for over 10 years. I first started when I began training for the Golden Gloves. My goal was to win my age group in my weight division. Ricky had the unique background of being a former professional world class fighter and a body builder. His skills in both areas helped me accomplish my goal and I won the Houston championship. I have continued to train with Ricky and introduced my 2 daughters who now train with him also. They are both in outstanding shape and capable of being personal trainers themselves. One of my daughters became an ODP level soccer player who now plays Division 1 soccer. Whether you want to become an accomplished athlete or just attain your highest level of fitness Ricky has a program he can design and implement for you. I must warn you thought that Ricky is just as committed to your goals and will make sure you are advancing and progressing daily. He is a trainer for all levels of fitness and ages. I am writing this to let the world know of one of the greatest person I have had the pleasure of coming across the gym in the many years of working out. Who am I talking about, William Nguyen, aka better known as Will of course. I have known Will for many years now, I met him at the 24 Fitness located in Diary Ashford, in Houston Texas. I remembered Will coming to the 24hr Fitness as a personal trainer, he was always focus on his task at hand, which was training his client. He caught my attention, because if how focus and determine he was in making sure the client was well trained. Believe me when I say, " Those are hard, and far in between to find in many personal trainers that I have observed in the many years of working out. " Will is very dedicated to his training, and I have seen him grow as a person, and trainer. Will has never change is way of taking care of his clients, he just continued to get better at his job. Will takes is training seriously, he has recently taken his training, and body to a new level. He is now competing and doing an excellent job at it. I see nothing but greatness for this young man, he is one of a kind. I would not hesitate to hire Will to train me. He is worth more than I can put in words. Ashleigh was chosen from a bundle of personal trainers to be our official trainer for our Real Women, Real Results Houston weight loss contest for I-REMOVE. She did wonderfully! Each of the ladies she worked with had so many amazing and great things to say about her too. All together they lost 48lbs across 4 ladies and that is wonderful! She worked with them on an individual basis and even put together a home routine for one contestant that couldn't make sessions. She did everything in her ability to help these ladies succeed and worked with various levels of fitness too. Ashleigh has even helped our company (InQpharm North America) internally by giving our office material for blogs, and helping us to come up with some in office exercises we can do to stay moving all day. You can't go wrong hiring Ashleigh, she was wonderful.
This is my first time working with a personal trainer and my experience has been nothing but positive. José Alberto is 100% committed to get the results you are looking for. When you are training with him even little adjustments he does when lifting weights, from the way you position your shoulders or back to how your far apart your feet are make a great difference and the best part is that you see the results. I have been working with him for only one month and I have seen faster results with him by training smarter and targeting those areas that you want to improve.

Khanh is very knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. In our initial meeting we discussed my personal fitness goals and he tailored workouts to my fitness level and those goals. Whether your goals are weight loss, increased stamina and/or strength, better core strength, etc. or just general overall fitness, he can tailor a program for you. Also, I found him to be very safetly conscious in the sense of avoiding injuries and pain, while at the same time pushing me enough so that my exertion levels were a high enough level for me to reach my goals. I also always found him to be sociable and friendly; easy to work with and talk to.

Alan is very responsive to calls and text messages about questions I may have. On my first session he got to know my goals and had a short workout session that I feel the next day just what I was looking for. His process is very professional compare to other personal trainers I've been to he's professional with his job.
