I have been training with Ricky Jackson for over 10 years. I first started when I began training for the Golden Gloves. My goal was to win my age group in my weight division. Ricky had the unique background of being a former professional world class fighter and a body builder. His skills in both areas helped me accomplish my goal and I won the Houston championship. I have continued to train with Ricky and introduced my 2 daughters who now train with him also. They are both in outstanding shape and capable of being personal trainers themselves. One of my daughters became an ODP level soccer player who now plays Division 1 soccer. Whether you want to become an accomplished athlete or just attain your highest level of fitness Ricky has a program he can design and implement for you. I must warn you thought that Ricky is just as committed to your goals and will make sure you are advancing and progressing daily. He is a trainer for all levels of fitness and ages. In early February of 2015, I made the decision to hire a personal trainer to help lose weight and get into better physical condition. I had in mind a preference to work with an "independent" trainer; not one associated with one of the "chain" fitness centers. A quick Internet search led me to Josh Norris. I was very impressed with Josh during both our initial consultation and the complimentary first session he offered. Since then, I have signed up for one year's worth of training (my idea, not Josh's). In the four months I've been training with Josh, I've lost about 25 pounds, added a noticeable amount of muscle, and significantly improved my cardiovascular endurance. I've come to consider Josh a good friend in addition to a remarkable trainer. He is very knowledgeable about human physiology and the roles played by both diet and exercise in getting into shape. His attitude is unfailingly positive. He is a tremendous motivator. He understands that each person is different and requires an approach tailored specifically to him or her. He is flexible in terms of scheduling, while being very appreciative when his clients are flexible with him as well. He varies his training routines so his client's body doesn't get used to a particular sequence of exercises and "stagnate". This is also effective at making the workouts more interesting. He is very mindful of the possibility of injury or overtraining and watches carefully and asks questions to ensure that he is pushing hard, but not too hard. Let me say in closing that Josh is an extremely professional and RELIABLE trainer and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him to family or friends. I find him to be a young man of sterling character.
I absolutely LOVE training with Amy! She is extremely professional but also very personable and easy to talk to. I've been training with her for almost two months and can already see so much improvement in my personal fitness. I also love that the sessions are in the privacy of her home gym... I never feel self conscious! Overall, I would rate my experience with Amy as a 10 out of 10!

I met Phil(Body By U Fit) almost 2 years ago when I made the choice to live a healthier lifestyle. After our initial meet/consultation I explained to him my expectations in reaching my fitness goals. Tim Freehill is the best personal trainer I've worked with hands down. He has gone above and beyond helping me with my fitness goals. I've always had problems with dieting, so Tim gave me a meal plan that has helped me out tremendously. He even went to the Grocery store with me and showed me exactly what to buy! He is always on time, and always gave 110% percent. He also showed me new exercises that have maximized my results in the weight room. I've gained 15 pounds of muscle in the last 3 months!! I recommend Tim to anyone trying to reach there goals because he helped me reach mine.
